I went here to get a Hot coffee and then realized it was not hot at all but lukewarm so I came back to ask for them to replace it and then the lady told me that was a fresh batch she had made and gave me another lukewarm coffee which tasted more like a cup of cream than coffee. I am preferring to make my dunkin coffee at home since it actually taste like coffee and not cream. Dunkin donuts coffee shops have declined so much on the quality of their coffee! Hopefully, they will get new training soon or they will lose a lot of customers.

This location makes my order right almost every time! My iced caramel craze latte always tastes better from this location. I drive out of my way and past a different location just to come here!

2022-02: Placed an order through the app just before pulling in. It was ready as we walked in and other than being out of the strawberry icing w/ sprinkles donuts, everything was just as ordered and fresh
The store itself was not as clean as it was on my last visits here. Despite there being wet floor signs up, indicating they had recently mopped, the floor was sticky throughout. The employees were all busy and the young lady we worked with was pleasant.

Great, responsive, smiling staff, all super friendly and on top of things. The seem to work well with each other and are coordinated in dealing with customers. Drive through service looked to be fast.
Selection of well priced meals for breakfast in addition to the the donuts that everyone knows. Coffee is great, is well known and available to buy by the bag.
Eating area is kept well clean and has room for 18 or so people inside. Also, there is outdoor seating for about 16 people which is really nice in the mornings when it is still cool.
Bathrooms are single person type and are kept really clean.

Been going to this location for a few years. Seems that recently the night management is ran by teenagers. Started last week:
I pulled up to the drive through window at 830pm, As I commonly do, to order a coffee. Waited about 5 minutes and no one took my order. I went inside to order. I advised the young ladies that I was at drive through and they stated that they took off headset and weren’t taking any more orders. I asked them what time they close. They said 9. I said it’s 830. Young lady said well what do you want then.
Fast forward to tonight:
Went through drive through again at 830pm. Young lady said cash only orders. Who carries cash this day in age? Not me. Just seems like the evening staff needs some better supervision.
