If I could give zero stars I would. We had a large order to which they replied with plenty of attitude that they only had one oven so it’ll take 15 min. I said that I don’t mind waiting and that we still needed our food. Then once we got through the line the bacon snackers were cold and uncooked. The top package was shoved to the bottom so I didn’t check to see if they bacon was actually cooked. Needless to say not impressed with their attitude or the quality of food.

These are hash browns that are supposed to be fresh. Burnt with a powerful chemical after taste that over powered my taste buds 20 minutes later. This is my first time eating from this location: I warn You proceed with Caution!!!! I will never order from here again. The first impression was the worst impression.

Long wait, which itself is fine since it was busy. Ordered milk and two donuts. Received one donut and they almost forgot my milk. The one donut I received was face down, so a good bit of the frosting was stuck to the bag. And calling the donut mediocre would be a compliment. Really thin icing, but the cake was fine. Not happy the milk was 2%, which is pretty much fotified water and tasted like it, but I guess that’s standard for people to order and expect.
I can’t imagine ever coming back.

The gentlemen here asked how our day was and we last min asked if we could buy a chocolate sprinkle donut for our 4 year old and he just gave us one! Great experience. Also my wife got the cake batter latte, holy s*** it’s good!

Excruciating slow drive thru service. I have reason to believe these two female workers are high on drugs. I had to repeat my order several times and they kept asking what I wanted. 9/10 @ 10:10am If I could give it zero stars I would. How do people like this think it’s okay to provide this type of service and get away with it?

I ordered a pup cup with 2 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. Get up to the window and pay. The gal handed me my donuts and I asked about my pup cup the gal said ” you will have to go back around..i said. Why? They are free and asked do you know what they are?..she said yes she does so a different lady comes to the window and says they are not f4ee which is fine I will pay so then a gentleman came over and said it cost a dollar. OK so it come to 1.07 I paid and said I’m sorry to cause any chaos I did order it at the speaker. I’m not trying to be difficult. While I did over hear what the first gal was running around in there saying which was very Unprofessional. I let the gentleman know everything I bring my dog to the clinic in the same parking lot I stop and grab him a pup cup. Anyway I won’t go there again.

I have been in this drive thru for 1 hour. Not even an exaggeration. 1 hour. For coffee. I was 4th in line when I got here. Absolutely ridiculous. Hire faster, smarter, more capable people please.

service was horrible, we told the guy our order TWICE but still got the wrong order. we ordered a sandwich and apparently got mixed up with a “bacon snack”…….. i don’t want to complain but come now. how do you get mixed up with a maple bacon sandwich with a bacon snack

The staff is always very nice, they are just really slow. Not sure why. I travel very often and come to Des Moines at least 3 times yearly. I always stop here and it’s always the slowest Dunkin I ever visited nationwide. Compared to the one by the Fairgrounds, the one by Merle Hay, and the one by W.Des Moines this one is the slowest. If that got fixed I’d give it 5 stars.
