Going through the drive thru, you would think, would be faster. Especially since this seems to be one of the better-staffed fast food places in town. But when we pull up to the window, there are at least 3 employees doing nothing. Eating donuts. Dancing. And totally distracting the 2 people who were working the window. Making them take a ridiculous amount of time to make an ICED coffee. The girl working the window was more concerned with what her co workers were doing. Customer service was zero stars. But the coffee was right.

I kept thinking maybe it was a one off or just me but three times I’ve ordered an iced latte through Uber eats from this location (due to a disability I am not able to leave my house) and two out of the three times they sent a cup of milk with flavor swirls. Who orders just a cup of milk from a coffee place? I’m tired of wasting my money on a 50/50 chance I might not even get my coffee. I want to know who made an iced latte completely white and thought “yup that looks right”?

Low quality food, dare I say worse than McDonald’s. Ordered 2 orders of “hash browns” each order contained 3 soggy hash browns. The 2 sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting all morning

No donuts??? It’s 1pm on a Saturday and this store has no donuts. What kind of management allows that to happen? I rarely visit this business. Now, I won’t.

Horrible customer service!! I paid for my donut and the employee took my card swiped it handed it back to me, he Didn’t say thank you nothing, and then turned around, Looked at me and walked away. I will never go back to this location again this is like the fifth time of horrible customer service that I’ve had.

Not bad. Donuts were pretty good. The lady who served us bragged that the coffees were a lot cheaper than Starbucks. We could tell why. Very diluted, weak flavor.

The people who work here are always helpful and quick with orders. If I’ve ever had a problem they do the best to accommodate for it. The staff is friendly and it’s one of the better locations around Des Moines.

Terrible experience. The two ladies working were extremely rude to my mom. She gets a lot of cream in her coffee but it’s always still hot when she gets it. I know because I drink mine the same exact way. This time when she received her coffee it was cold which means the coffee was not fresh. When she went back in to tell them it was cold the lady argued that it’s going to be cold from getting as much cream as she did. My mom explained that she’s been getting her coffee this way for years (as have I) and that while she agreed the cream does cool it down, it shouldn’t be cold. Reluctantly, the other lady working got my mom a new cup of coffee but from the same old pot so of course the same problem occurred. When my mom told them it was still cold, they continued to be rude to her and kept arguing. One of the ladies finally made a freah pot of coffee which completely solved the problem. The longer the coffee sits, the colder and older it gets. Last I knew, Dunkin was suppose to brew fresh coffee every 19 minutes. Employees need to learn a thing or two. Pitiful.

3 times in a week and half they claim they have no donuts before 1130am. This is not ok!!!!! Your a donut shop no reason you should run out so early unless you only make like 12 of each this not ok. I will never ever order from here again.

I ordered a latte and waited for 15 minutes. Super long for a latte, but they were busy so it wasn’t a big deal, I figured there was a large drive thru order or something.Then two separate groups of people (2-4people) behind me in line got their complete orders before me. So I went up and asked if my drink was coming or if I had missed it on accident. They said their espresso machine broke and offered me a brewed coffee instead. It was really bizarre that they wouldn’t just tell me that rather than wait until I approach them? It’s a pretty small location and there were only a few other people there?
I just asked for a refund instead and left, the price between a latte and brewed coffee is not comparable so I was better off without it. They issued a refund no problem. No apologies for the wait or anything, it was like I had inconvenienced them by just asking for a refund instead?
I reached out to customer service via the app and they responded and said someone from the store would reach out. Nope. Nothing.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the way this situation was handled by the employees, the GM, and the corporate customer service team is really off putting. I would not recommend this location. There’s many other locations in the area with great customer service, or other coffee shop locations nearby as well.
