Very clean restaurant. Plenty of retail products to purchase. Staff and Management are extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered the pumpkin cold brew and pumpkin donuts. By mistake they gave me a blueberry donut. The Staff changed the donut right away. Good customer service. I thought the blueberry had more taste than the pumpkin. Both are very good. I have a new passion
“Cold Brew” coffee great during the hot summers. Please give Dunkin a try.

The lattes are good, just the right amount of ice. Somewhat small donut selection but what they do have is fresh and soft. I’ve been there a few times now and and the coffee and lattes are half the cost of other major coffee shops. I’m a regular customer now because it is close to my house.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts my whole life at different locations and when I moved to Santa Clarita not too long ago, I started coming here. Every single time I went, there always seemed to be an issue. I would order a sesame bagel and end up with a plain bagel. Come back in the store for them to say they are out of sesame and just replaced my order.I’ve ordered the cornbread donut on the go and they gave me a glazed instead. I come to find out, as I loop back through the drive thru to tell them they gave me the wrong order that they gave me that donut since they were out of the one I ordered. Wouldn’t it make more sense to let a customer know and let them decide what they want their item replaced with or if they just want a refund? I’ve ordered coffees with no syrup in them because they forgot. The bottom line is that this store is always missing items and they take it upon themselves to change your order without even telling you. Don’t waste your time.

Very disappointing place And gives a Dunkin Donuts a bad reputation. They have barley any donuts at 4:30 PM and They were practically closing at that hour when they were supposed to close at 7 pm. They had three trays out and five different type of donuts only. This was last Wednesday which I should have done the review. But nevertheless People should know that this place gives Dunkin Donuts a bad name.

Stay away. Charged me for a large drink but gave me a medium, apple fritter is not considered a doughnut, bad attitude, no drink carriers, and advertisement for a free doughnut on the front door but was told that was only for 2 days ago

We got amazing donuts on National Donut Day, but they were not free . Anyway, it was a reason to come on, celebrate the end of school and enjoy a yummy treat!!

The staff was rude. The line was too long. Not enough selection. And the donuts were lacking overall. I would not recommend this business to any friends or family.

Everytime time I come here, they are out of something. I mean if your going to spend a couple Mil on a franchise, you would expect them to at least have a Boston Cream? Only reason I would ever consider coming back because it’s across the street from my house.

Customer service at the drive through is so bad I’m refusing to ever go back. Waited for over 20 minutes and when I finally get to the kiosk to order no one takes my order. I assumed the kiosk was closed so I pulled up to the window to order. No big deal, until the manager literally tells me I can’t order at the window, I needed to order at the kiosk (which apparently wasn’t out of order I was just being ignored). My option are to go inside (which would take an additional who knows how long) or I’m SOL. You can’t cut in line at the DT so clearly I’ve been waiting longer than the cars behind me so why can’t you just take my order? Very rude and confusing. Just drove off without ordering anything. Management needs better customer service training.
