This location has poor customer service since it opened in North Mesa a couple years ago. The workers rarely answer the phone anytime I have tried to call, they rarely have items prepped so they are always out of stock on items that should be readily available (lemonade, bacon, yes, even commom donuts). Today, I was put over the edge when I went to pickup an order, and for once had no one in the drive through or inside, and when I went in, I waited 5 minutes with no one at the register. Again, I was the only customer present, so it’s not like they were at rush hour. I scooted over a little to let the workers in the back know I was present, and 3 of them stared at me, one with an eye roll, and no courtesy response given that they would be right there. I literally waited another 3 minutes at the empty cash register even when they knew I was in the store. This picture was taken after I already let them know I was there. This store either needs new management or new workers who care about answering phones and doing their jobs correctly, because I am not dreading when I have to come here or call with a question.

I’m pretty much a regular at this location & I feel like 90% of the time that I go here, it’s either their frozen drinks machine is out of order or they don’t have half of the food they offer on their menu. Then this morning I went in for coffee and a few breakfast items, I got my coffee and one donut rather quickly, but I had to wait 15 minutes for my 2 breakfast tacos and avocado toast, only for them to have half of my order wrong; they gave me hashbrowns (which looked burnt, but wasn’t even hot) and avocado toast instead. So I had to wait an additional 7 minutes to get my 2 breakfast tacos. If I wanted to wait 20-30 minutes for my food, I would’ve gone to a restaurant.

My order was completely screwed up. However the young lady at the register tried to make it right. She couldn’t, her staff was incompetent. Both times the croissants were burnt,the receipt said no cheese but there was cheese on everything. The person ahead of us order was incorrect and the person behind us order was incorrect. Attention Duncan pay and train your Employees. I’ll save money and eat breakfast at home.

Poor staffing. They didn’t know their own menu and the store was unkept. They were out of so many product. Husband ordered grilled cheese with bacon added, they didn’t put on there and when he asked to get the bacon he asked and paid for and they ignored him completely.

This is my neighborhood Dunkin donuts & our family has been going to this one since it’s opened but I get tired of the screw ups. Never have enough donuts, order a bagel w cream cheese and there is barely any spread on it. Orders are wrong. I’m know it gets busy but rushing through an order screwing it up is worse for everybody. This morning was literally the last straw for our family. Management needs to hire a few employees that listen to customers and get even a small order correct and put it together nicely vs. sloppy. If this was just an occasional incident I would be in here but I feel it’s time for this location to get it together. I notice all the nice reviews but I know other neighbors and friend who feel the same way they just haven’t posted a comment on it. Bosa’s here we come!

Very rude from start to finish. The young lady that helped me rushed me through the ordering process and continued to ask me the same question over and over before allowing me to answer. She then made me a drink with a mound of whipped cream running down the cup and eventually fell onto the floor. I mentioned to her that she could have served me a clean drink and she directed me to a stack of napkins. I found this to be rude. Her manager was rude and spoke to me as tho i held no value so i got a refund and left the items i purchased. I drove to Bosa donuts and spent the same amount and was treated with respect.

If I could rate this less than one star I would. I don’t normally write reviews however this is some of the worst service I have ever received. This is the closest DUNKIN to me so I tend to go to this one however the employees here are EXTREMELY rude. Take forever to even go to the window to take my order and then act annoyed the whole time. I asked for a recommendation and the lady just acted annoyed and said I don’t know.
Then didn’t label any of the drinks and had no idea which drink was which when she handed them to me. This is the last time I go to this location. They are constantly rude.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service that we actually just drove off. First we were rushed to place an order in the drive thru. Second, it was our first time ever going to Dunkin that we asked for a drink recommendation and let’s say they were super annoyed. Then we asked to place a separate order and they said no that we would have to come in because their computer system didn’t allow that. When we said we would just keep the first order and come in for the second… they said they already scratched the order so nothing could be done in the drive thru.

This DD can be terrible especially when it comes to orders for Door Dash and others! They make us go inside instead of using the Drive-thru? Meanwhile they let regular customers sit at the window waiting for their orders???? And they have their lobby closed when they first open and have it closed to 7am? Meanwhile the Drive-thru can be backed up with several cars and we have to waste time waiting for other vehicles to get their orders and we have to pick up the order by a specific time and can’t because of thr long lines at the Drive-thru???
