Unfortunate to see all the bad reviews. First time being in a Dunkin Donuts and the food/coffee were great! Faster, tastier, and cheaper than Starbucks. And the gentleman working on the day this review was posted was extremely nice and upbeat! If y’all haven’t yet give this location a chance!

I went to get bagels this morning. My orders were prepared wrong first. I asked bagels to be replaced and they did not toast it although I said to toast them both times.

I was excited to have a coffee shop near me and not have to drive so far. Usually it’s been pretty good and smooth. Today not so much. I got a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like a regular coffee with cream and no sugar in it. I might go back to Starbucks, I guess you get what you pay for.

Placed a walk-in mobile order. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready and no one told me they couldn’t prepare food. I waited 10 minutes then I asked about my order after seeing three customers walk-in place their orders and leave. I later found out my drinks were sitting on the counter . Then I left and realized I was missing something. I turned around then I found out they couldn’t prepare food. No signs were on the door. I did get a refund but I wasted about 20 minutes. This was the workers between the hours of 9:30a – 10a on June 17, 2022.
Edit: I should’ve read the reviews before going there. Will not be returning.

Here is the best review you will get about this store. From a personal perspective and as a delivery driver for Uber, Doordash, and GrubHub.
Doesn’t matter who, what, when, where, or how, this is the worst Dunkin, restaurant, or store ever besides the one that served a lady someone’s finger once many, many, many years ago maybe.
I have ordered personally and both times didn’t even want to be bothered with getting my money back. Like loaning a crack head money. Don’t expect anything.
Always out of something.
Front (in-store) never open (any of the dozens of times I’ve went).
High probability customer service will be bad.
I don’t recall having actually picked up any of the dozens of deliveries I’ve taken from here either. Always cancelled. I don’t mind the half pay for the drive TO the store, but this place makes you want to hurt someone.

We run some sport events at Greensboro Coliseum a few times every year. Always go to this this Dunkin doughnuts for staff coffee almost every day of event.
Firstly couldn’t order on app. Secondly didn’t answer phone. Decided to just go to store. Not allowed inside! Only drive through. Then out of boxes for Box of Joe all week. Got the order wrong and not at all apologetic. Back the end of July. I’ll repost then.

Work ethic sucks…not a strong team. Long lines always, customers don’t have time to wait in line all morning. Invest in some training so workers will know how to speed things up.

Great coffee and not so great food… but only if the items you order are actually available.
5 out of the 7 food/drink options that I attempted to order were unavailable for one reason or another.
I ended up with a vanilla ice coffee that was delicious and cream cheese stuffed bagel balls that started out well too.
Unfortunately, one of them ended up having something rock hard inside of it that caught me off guard while chewing.
After removing the unknown object. from my mouth, I decided that was enough bagel for me.
This was my first visit at this location, so it is possible that my experience was not a typical one. But all I can speak to is the first impression they left me with today.
