This is a quick stop inside the Shell gas station. They do have a variety of doughnuts to choose including minis. They have a menu of other items like coffee/drinks and other breakfast items/sandwiches. The employees are very nice. Will be back again.

They have my favorite donut called the Bismark, yeast donut with white cream filling and chocolate frosting on top. They have also opened the dining area with some spacing of tables. It’s a nice little respite place to take a breather especially if you are just coming in from on the road. I recommend this location.

Not the best Dunkin but in a very convenient location. No drive thru. But the employees are always friendly and fast as they can be. Store is usually clean.

I’m not sure their names but there’s a man and woman that work every Tuesday and Thursday morning when I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts here. They are obviously short staffed but they are fantastic, polite, and my coffee and sandwiches are always fantastic.

Well you won’t get east coast Dunkin’ quality in Ohio. That’s a given.
But I at least expect you to get my order right?
Ordered two wake up wraps, sweet black pepper bacon.
Got a stale croissant sandwich. Verrrryyyy stale. Tasted vaguely if donuts which makes sense. But it was 1030 on a Saturday… when do you reckon these were made?
And my birthday beverage was also not as ordered…. Unless the cold foam is supposed to be non existent? It looks like someone just shook my coffee up for a bit.
TLDR not worth it. Want a refund.
Don’t spend your money here.
Make the franchisee regret their inability to manage effectively.

Don’t bother ordering on the mobile app. You will literally NEVER get your donuts and your coffee will be random.

Made my drink perfectly. I had a problem at another Dunkin’s not making my drunk correctly after messing up twice. I decided to cut my lost and go to a different location. They made it perfectly! ~Chefs kiss~

Love their coffee they just seem to make it right and how can it be bad when they have donuts oh yeah

I walked in to get a drink and hashbrown the place was dirty had coffee spill every where and the counter was so sticky even the floors were nasty. The staff was not friendly at all was very rude and when I said thank you she rudely replied sure.
I will never go there again.

Inconsistent service sometimes great service sometimes it absolutely awful and people just take your food and they are too slow to remake it. Other times it’s so fast and efficient.
