There was an inch of my coffee missing from the cup, bacon avocado toast was missing avocado at first, two pieces of hair were found in our sandwich, whipped cream was put instead of the cream cold foam that was ordered.

This Dunkin is not a standalone store. It is a self-serve gas station with no specialty coffee drinks, reliant upon the gas station staff to keep the coffee carafes and donuts stocked. The donuts were stale, the coffee was either cold or unavailable, and there was virtually no milk or creamer. This place is horrible, and is a travesty to the Dunkin name.

Coffee was weaker then the coffee at the soup kitchen. Donuts were couple days old. Chip my tooth on am apple fritter it looked like my grandma’s foot

The morning crew @Kenwood Shell gas station are an awesome group of ppl. I walk in everyone says good morning, my drink made b4 I open my mouth, there is no need to (4 me) to call ahead. Just an awesome group of young ppl

It was 5:30am, I was trying to get coffee for a co-worker, they open at 5am, doors were locked I knocked on the window and pulled on the door, 2 employees were stocking donuts and cigarettes, they didn’t acknowledge me at all. There was another man that came up as I got in my car, they did the same. Don’t go to this location early in the morning.

Came in at 830 pm there was no coffee, I asked if they would be making anymore seeing as they close at 11pm. I was told, “probably not!!” Not good customer service. I drove out of my way to get a D&D coffee, during stated business hours and was basically told, “we’re to lazy to do what we are paid to do and we do t care.” Sad!!

It’s ok same ol doughnuts and coffee ran by shell they do a good job keeping up on coffee and things just self serve same ol same ol
