I try to go to this dunkin because it’s the closest to my house. But every time I go there my coffee is made wrong and then the staff argues with me when I ask them to make it right. Think I will make the longer drive for now on for better customer service.

The store was clean but no trash can on the parking lot. The uniform of the girl who took my order wasn’t clean and not dunkin standard. Also I ordered 2 lattes but both of them has half cup foam wich is cappuccino finally the wait time is longer as they were helping drive thru and forget the front counter guests. My feedback is just to improve dunkin customers service not trying to complain about your location as I’m general manager of dunkin.

If you like stail Donut. Swing on in, Or drive another mile theres a Krispy Cream on the left. Very disappointing stop. These were all basicly crunchy donuts.

3 new people working, I heard the manager say. Which I get, I understand but took 15 minutes for my coffee and sandwich. I definitely waited paitently as I could tell they were scrambling. Yet the sandwich came out luke warm at best. I’ll give it another try, but wasn’t quick as was expected.
October Flowers Gardens of Bliss
I love their French Vanilla Iced Coffee! I had a hankering for one so my son and I decided to swing through the drive thru. When I arrived it was rather busy, I pulled in and noticed this car that had been waiting a long time because he pulled in the wrong way. When the line finally moved I let him pull in front of me. (You never know what kind of a day a person is having, and a kind gesture goes along way). Needless to say when I pulled up to the window with my money hanging out the window, the cashier told me that my order was already paid for! Wow is all I could say as I jumped out the window to thank him as he drove off!!! All in all I love it there and my Iced coffee tasted Amazing!! #kindnessmatters

ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk. i got a large coffee without oat milk. very disappointed as i confirmed with the girl at the window that this was my order and she didn’t even check and just said yes. also don’t do pup cups anymore. my dog and i will not be coming back.

Worst service today! I ordered an XL hot Hazelnut swirl black, was given a Large, I ordered a dozen no powder or jelly donuts please, man asked if sprinkles- were okay? Yes please!
After unpaid with my card, he didn’t give me my receipt!
I questioned the large coffee versus XL. He replied yeah, we are out of XL cups, “I charged you for a large” when asked about my receipt he rang everything on my order again!??? Why lie, and cheat a faithful customer?! I visit Dunkin Daily!! I’m going to stick with Matt at Erlanger!
FYI: Some kids with sensory issues freak out with powder, jelly or pudding donuts! Thanks for making my kid cry!

I watched the whole entire team in this restaurant work together in a way that I have not seen in other restaurants. The food was fresh. The place was clean but you cannot dine in at this point. In general I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want this kind of food. They have a really good team all the workers are very professional and friendly I had to wait for my food a little bit but it was worth it . They were so good and professional.. I mean I literally watch the guy cook the food for me and he did such a great job and everybody was working so well together it was amazing it was very rare to find that in this day and age

The drive thru menu lacks information, it tells you they sell donuts but not which kinds. The drive thru attendant didn’t say a word when we pulled up, just took the cash and handed us a donut (I happened to know before I went which kind I wanted).
