This location is close to me but because of the poor service and consistency of the product, we go to the Colerain at cross country location, so much better! Yesterday the coffee tag on the cup was correct but not what was in it, no sugar at all and the sandwich looked like they stepped on it, look at the pic. I didn’t complain, it doesn’t help and this happens consistently to us.

Pulled into the drive thru and was asked to wait. There was no line a head of me but had to wait a few minutes, not a big problem as I understand the hospitality industry is short staffed. When I was able to place my order there was no apology for the wait, again I understand if they where slammed and just wanted to get through it but they were not. I pulled to the window no friendly greeting or anything and I was told to pull up and wait for the second drink to be made. Upon receiving the drink I was not given 2 straws and when I asked the gentleman who gave the second drink he just said “OK” and got the other straw. I said thank you and he just turned and went inside without saying anything. I’m not looking for anything free, I just hope this gets to the right people so that it can be worked on down the road.

I just left without order because a light skin girl working the drive thru was bad customer service, the scanner didn’t work everyone standing round talking in groups in the back. Plus she had me at the speaker for 10 mins without a hello. This location is getting worse. Get rid of all these kids and get respectful employees that care about there job. Or pay more to obtain good employees. These right now are trash.

I stopped to fuel up. There was a litte stop and shop and connected was a Dunkin. I think the other store ran the fuel pumps. Anyway, the people running the Dukin were the most cheerful, charming, professional associate’s I had the pleasure to meet! My order was ready in minutes and it was good. It was a good stop.

Placed an order today totaling almost $500. I’m here now to pay for it at 7:07pm and the store is closed. I saw the terrible reviews before I ordered and should’ve took heed but it was convenient. I know now.

I stood in the lobby at the register for 15 minutes and nobody came over. I walked over to the driverhru area where no less than 5 employees were clustered involved in conversation. I asked if anyone was going to assist us. I was told no the lobby wasn’t opened because they were short staffed. I get it. I was furious because there were no signs up saying so and they simply ignored us instead. I will never come back
