probably a 24 mins drive from treasure island hotel just to see mystic falls park and surprisingly has dunkin donuts inside the casino also there’s subway, century theater, McDonald’s, panda express and roberto’s

we got 4 donuts and they were 12.00. We got 2 Long John’s and there was no creme in them. Long John’s have vanilla creme in them wherever you order them. Disgusting especially for the price.

This is my go to Dunkin, blender was down for a while but the employee worked fast to get it back up and running for me. I love the frozen coffee’s they have. Employees are always friendly and nice!

Very busy, thought it wouldn’t be bad early on a Sunday since it’s in a casino. My grandkids and I waited for what seemed like a long time once we finally got to the counter to order….anyway donuts were like they have always been, pretty good! Would have given fewer stars if not for the donuts.

The customer service lady was on the phone while at the cash register, she was short worded and rude, the donuts were dry. She did not go out of her way to help the next customer, he was an elderly man, who wanted a white donut with chocolate on top, the host either was distracted by her phone call or something else but she said they didnt have those and gave the old man a different donut. People have bad days but they need to manage that better. Customer service is everything in a big or small business

Unfortunately when I ordered for delivery through Door Dash to give my bf a nice morning surprise breakfast and coffee it ended up being cancelled after about 30 minutes. When I tried to re-order it states this location is closed. In their defense I’m not sure if it was the store that cancelled it or Door Dash but I have a feeling it was the store who may have turned off their online ordering system. Who knows but I’m not happy about it. Beware of ordering from them through a third party app.
