Not sure if it’s a phase, but Dunkin’s been tasting so good lately and so we’ve been here at least once a week in the past month. This location is the ONLY location on this side of Vegas that has consistently friendly and attentive employees and for that I am grateful and will only give my business to this location even though it’s not close to my house. And btw, have you tried the Cornbread donut? So stinken delish!!

I have gone to this location multiple times since I live close and I’m hoping one day it will get better! Always check your order before leaving because I don’t think my order has ever been correct. I don’t know if it is because they are a busy location, but I don’t have a large order or anything like that! Sometimes I will do a mobile order a few minutes before I get there so they have a little more time to get everything ready and they have still gotten everything wrong. I’m only giving two stars as the bagel bites have been nice and warm the last few times. The picture below shows again why you should check your order. I ordered the bacon and cheddar egg bites and I got the veggie ones. I can’t even eat these since they have tomatoes!!!

Convenient location. Drive thru was empty. The coffees here are wayyyyy better than Starbucks and I’m a long time Starbucks fan. Not anymore. Now it’s all about Dunkin. The quality and taste is so much better. And they have a huge food selection and the bonus are the donuts!

Worst service ever! Went this morning and the girl helping us Angie was very rude, inconcompent! Did not know the difference between cold brew and iced coffee! The “cold brew” looked like just milk. She offered to remake it and looked the same. Tasted like burnt old coffee! Ordered 10 munchkins, had to ask 3 times for them before she hand them to me. The asked 2 more times for the bottle of soda I ordered. There was another lady standing there with an attitude who wasn’t even helping us! Very disappointing.

Co-workers and I have been needing to find alternate shops that walk in service are actually open, since our work trucks do not meet the clearance for height in drive thru.
9 times out of 10 at 6am, the doors are locked, sign claims due to short staff. They are operating drive thru only, but, even that seems difficult for this location.
This used to be a very good location, but with new faces came a drop in this locations ability to keep up with operation.

Got a large iced coffee on the morning of 8/1/22 , didn’t realize the creamer had gone bad until I drank most of it and had that familiar filmy aftertaste of spoiled milk in my mouth all morning. Only one way to fix it. Happy Monday folks

Went to this Dunkin’ at 6:45 pm on 7/25/2022 even though they advertise they close at 7pm. The employees decided to close the store at 6:45 instead for no reason. Maybe update your times or actually make your employees work till their assigned schedules

They were fast with the drinks, but took 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich. There were 5 young girls working, but it was very unorganized.

What a great surprise. I recently learned I drastically need to change my diet to have any chance of avoiding gall bladder surgery. The search for healthy food is on. Dunkin’ Donuts? Not what popped in my mind when looking for a healthy breakfast. I have been corrected. They offer a $3.99 breakfast sandwich on a seeded bagel, with turkey, egg beaters, and white cheddar. I was a bit concerned about whether it would be enough to eat so I ordered 2. It was freshed cooked, not nuked, and very filling. One handled my hunger. Did I forget to mention it was the best tasting sandwich I have had for breakfast. The egg had spinach and peppers in it. The bagel was thin and toasted, the way I like it. Thoroughly impressed.. I think they get the point we all need better food.
