I was so hoping that this would go better. I’ve been pulling for Dunkin’ ever since I saw the constructions started at this location. Unfortunately, the crew here missed the mark. I ordered 2 items. An order of Avocado toast w/ BACON and an order of the Omelette bites with egg whites and veggies. I totally should have checked the order before I left the store, but I didn’t and paid the price. Once I got home I discovered that I was sent on my way with an order of Avocado toast WITHOUT BACON and the Omelette bites were egg and cheddar. Missed both of my orders. On top of that, there’s no working phone number to call and inform the staff of their mistake.

I’m gonna go ahead and say that neither me, nor my wife, will be visiting this Dunkin’ again. Literally paid for food that was more expensive and sent home with less expensive versions. No thanks Dunkin. Anyone who vales their hard earned money should consider spending it somewhere that your meal orders are correct and you get exactly what you ordered and paid for, This is just bad business.

Back to Starbucks for us!!!

I go in with my daughter once a month for a treat. I enjoy the food and coffee best here over Starbucks. The people are always so nice. However both times they have forgotten my food and after a 30+ minute wait they see my toddler getting restless and it reminds them we are still waiting. I also saw one worker spend 5 minutes pulling on the sweet tea just watching it fall, to finally ask her coworker if it was supposed to be green.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the most horrible dunkin I have ever been too. There were 3 young girls who worked there and two were tending to the drive thru while texting on their phone & one for the front register. When trying to place my order the girl propted her phone up next to the register and was face timing someone. So no wonder why I had to correct my coffees as I wanted vanilla flavor and not the swirl…not sure why I got the swirl when I didn’t ask for that. I had to ask for the cinnamon and sugar topping on my brown sugar cold foam cold brew coffee. I ordered a everything bagel toasted dark and received a cold un toasted bagel. For 15 dollars everything should have been better than what it was. There should be better management there to babysit these girls and show them how to work.

My drink always taste different every time I go… and I order the same thing. The Hispanic man, and the dark haired taller lady that seem to be there the most are the absolute best. Hope this company treats those angels fairly!

I got a mocha iced coffee with no ice. When I got to the window to pick it up I had a half a cup and ask them why I only had half a cup. They told me when you order with no ice that’s what you get the manager said so. The first time I went I asked him if you got a discount if you order it in bundles like half dozen dozen and was told no. The second time I went the lady was nice and actually told me if I was going to get more than a few that it’s cheaper to get him by the half dozen or the Dozen. I will definitely not be going back there for my drinks because I don’t do ice. I toyed with the idea that they might be able to replace Starbucks but that’s not going to happen. Their donuts are good I just don’t know about anything else there

My wife and I recently decided to try Dunkin for the first time. We each tried the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a coffee drink. Unfortunately my sandwich was refrigerator cold.
My wife wanted donuts this morning. I decided against my better judgment to give them another try. When we arrived I attempted to use the lobby but the door was locked. Imagine my frustration when no one responded at the drive through. The hours indicated the store should be open. I would steer clear of this one.

Unfortunately the communication to customers was lacking, and not just to myself but all the guest waiting.
I had to leave without my order or getting a refund. I’m not sure if everyone was training but there was no organization and a few team members were obviously stressed.
I asked to get a refund but they took my receipt back to make the order making me feel like there is some training that was missed somewhere.

If I can give them 0 star then I would. Not a good place to get coffee at all I used to work at Dunkin for 4 years and this location is horrible I ordered 3 kinds of iced coffees one is iced coffee with caramel and they gave me plain coffee with no flavor or sweetener in it and when I asked for extra caramel they said that they have to charge me and when I got home one of the coffee that I ordered got a hair in it was going to go back to complain but too far where I live. Not a nice people that works in this location will never ever going back here.

Pulled up to drive through “be with you ina minute” waited in silence for what seemed like 5 minutes. Didn’t have donut holes. Ordered, pulled up to window, paid, again waited for several minutes. Customer service was very poor, food was good that’s why it got two stars and not just one.
