I’m from Milwaukee but I don’t live there anymore. I was in town for a funeral and stopped in the Capitol Drive location (as I usually do when I’m home) for some coffee’s for my family. The service was very good (as usual)–exceptional even. I neglected to tell them that my mom’s coffee needed to be decaf. After realizing my mistake I went inside to get them to make a new one, planning to pay for it as it was my mistake. The manager assisted me, made the coffee, and just GAVE it to me. I offered to pay but he told me not to worry about it. I know this is just a small thing to some, but in the midst of a tragedy it was a welcome display of kindness, and it was greatly appreciated. I will continue to patronize and support this location.

I went in for a coffee. Everything went smoothly. The service is dry as a biscuit. If you know exactly what you want then you’ll be fine. If you have to ask questions, this wasn’t the staff for that.

I like Dunkin. The coffee taste great but I really enjoy the app. I recommend it to people who go regularly because you gain points for free drinks so quickly compared to others.

My donut didn’t have sprinkles like the photo. But it took care of the craving. You must try their hummus toast! Delicious! Love that it’s Vegan options here!

When u order something u never get what u order I have door dash twice didn’t get the right order then I went in there to order a birthday cake drink and got some frozen drink with no caramel no choc no sprinks.staff don’t care about there jobs that for sure

I’ve been to a couple of different Dunkin location here in my short time in Wisconsin so far and this is definitely my favorite so far. Clean and the service was quick and you could definitely tell the people working took their job seriously! I will be back to this one. Finished my drink quickly

I’m giving this place five stars. In these times it’s difficult to find a fast food place that a) has it’s dining room open, b) has friendly service and doesn’t give you attitude for expecting them to do their job, so this place was a pleasant surprise. Super clean, dining room is open AND friendly staff!! A+ guys keep up the good work it means a lot. Thank you. This is my go to when I’m in the neighborhood.
