The donuts are good but I must say I did not like the customer service I experienced today. My husband and I ordered a dozen and a half of donuts and you can tell the young lady named Anaysha was visibly annoyed. I even asked the gentleman who rang us up was there an issue with ordering that amount because of the face she made. He explained no, its just that there were only 3 of them at the time and it would take a while.I mean…….you are a donut shop right!?!? Wouldn’t you be prepared for people to order a dozen or two?!?!
I understand larger orders may take up more time but that should not be written all over the employees face when I am spending my money with your business. Keep in mind its the same money that keeps you employed! Even as she walked over to start the order she was dragging her feet and had a look on her face as if she didn’t want to do it. One thing I am big on is customer experience, it is soooooo important. Its truly the thing that separates you from the others. There are many other donut shops around so do better duck donuts!
At the end of it she was friendly with the typical “thank you” and “have a good day” but that FIRST impression is truly the lasting impression.

I don’t know what to actually make of this place. The donuts are okay, watching them be made I guess is the experience you get from there. We ordered our donuts, there was one other person waiting for their donuts while we are there, and 20 minutes later we got our three donuts. A little long to wait for three donuts. But my kids enjoyed watching them make the donuts. I asked them how are the donuts and they replied okay. And that’s coming from a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old. They said they’ve had better donuts at other places.

this was my brother and I’s first time here. donuts were alright but the customer service was terrible. young man taking orders was pretty rude & seemed high as a kite. when i told him what we wanted he said “okay $12.47” and i said one sec im still looking he said “it’s $12.47” so i didn’t even bother buying anything else. will not be back.

Whoever did the hiring for this place, clearly was Not thinking about customer service. That girl behind the counter is awful. The wait time was way too long for donuts! 20+minutes. Instead of making customers aware, they chose to loud talk each other and totally disregard the ppl waiting. The 3 stars is only for the taste of the product. Honestly there are better places. And what happened to hair nets and masks. They are preparing food, no? Will not be going back.

Usually my order is timely and correct. Unfortunately, today I ordered at 7:45am, and it’s 9am and not only is my order not ready, but the door is still locked!. If the owner knows that they are short staffed, then why are they not here helping their employees? I got a message saying my order was “ready” at 8:15…but how can that be, when the store isn’t even open yet? There have been at least 20 people come and gone trying to enter the store. The girl looks like she’s working hard by herself in the locked store, but where is the owner to help her? I normally wouldn’t mind, but considering I’ve just worked all night and I’m getting donuts for my daughter’s birthday…I’m a little frustrated! Also, I preordered and prepaid, so kinda a problem picking up my order if your door is locked! So now I’m stuck here at the mercy of a clearly only employee in the store and her lack of time management skills. If she’d unlock the door, I’d make mine myself if she’d let me. Clearly this establishment is poorly run! Will not be making a return, not will I recommend.

I stopped in here for a cup of coffee before going to a job interview across the street at Kitchen Social. It was a great cup of coffee! Hot and strong just the way I like it. I love the name of the cafe. It has a very catchy and memorable name!

Friendly staff, not a terrible wait time, and very tasty donuts. The style is unique and the cake base works very well with all the flavor options. Having variance in donut places is important, and I’m very impressed with the results here.
