Donut Palace Reviews

This place had good donuts but BAD customer service. Unfortunately, the bad customer service was the thing that made a lasting impression…not the donuts. I ordered 2 glazed donuts and a large coffee. The lady points to the sign “Must spend $5 or more to use credit card.” That’s fine, I thought. So, I ordered 4 more donuts. The total price came out to $6.30….WITHOUT my large coffee. She charged me for it, but never gave it to me. I tried to explain to her, but I don’t think she understood me (language barrier). What a rip off!!

My son goes to the Donut Palace every Sunday! The owners know him by name and can have his order ready before he makes his way to the counter. They are super nice and have the most wonderful Bear Claw I have ever tasted.
Great family owned, home town location for fresh made donuts.

Great food, quick service, giant kolaches that taste better than any donut place I’ve been to in a healthy while. Would recommend, will return

The front lady is always on her phone and does not pay attention to customers. When she finally looks up, she looks confused as to where she’s at. She’s also stingy with napkins.

If you can communicate with the Asian lady there, good luck. Also, sometimes she treats people like The Soup Nazi.

Real good BBQ and the pot of beans with peppers was a flavor for more, complements the BBQ.

If it has Donut in the name then it’s getting 5 stars from me, hand’s down

Their donuts are good and the Bavarian cream inside the donuts is excellent.

Worst donuts worst service… donuts are stale or not cooked all the way.
