Found this Don Pan as I was running errands. Had a beef empanada and a Cafe con Leche, so good! Great selection of treats. Although I must say I was surprised at the higher priced sandwiches, but food quality is usually pretty good.

Every year pre order cake from this hialeah location without a problem. However, this year bad customer service since I walked in waited in line to get helped and when it was my turn, was skipped. When I finally got assistance. Order was wrong. I was receiving a cake from display when I had specially pre ordered a cake 4 days ago. Supposed to be fresh. Very disappointed.

I really enjoyed the service in this place, the food was tasty and fresh, is a very peaceful bakery to enjoy a breakfast with your family and friends. I was attended and served in a few minutes and the employee was kind and prepared the sandwiches fast. I really recommend this place.

I was sooo happy with this place, I order the same thing at least 3 times a week which is an arepa con pollo and queso blanco. Today I placed my order and I didn’t get any chicken. I called the store, and the Manger told me on my next order request arepa con queso only, and on the note section of the order tell them to add the chicken. I asked to picked up the wrong order and send the right order I dont want a refund, I just want my lunch., she asked me who’s going to pay the uber? I said you are, your mistake. She said she couldn’t do that, I said you just lost your loyal customer and I would put in the review, she didn’t seem to care. My lunch is in the garbage now.

Terrible place to order cakes. I asked if they could make me a baby shower cake like the picture and the this is what they gave me. Like are they serious? And they charged $160 for it with nasty pastries that were not properly packaged. If I could give it -0 starts I would.. i don’t recommend going there. If I would’ve know better. I would’ve just bought a cake from Walmart.

What a terrible service. We go very often because our grandfather likes to go here. The women who take the order and serve there are very bitter. They always serve the food cold, and when asked to heat they do it in a bad way. Last night I went and asked the lady not to give me the coffee so strong, and guess what she did it out of anger and she made the coffee dark and bitter just like her. What a lack of respect. They are angry that we always ask for many things, because grandfather likes to order everything. Honestly, being a business owner, I would recommend changing employees or taking a class in customer service. It really bothers a lot the bad attention and way of serving. The food is delicious, just hoping they serve it hot instead of cold.
There’s also been situations where we arrive an hour and a half or so and they always say they won’t make any food because it’s “closing” time.

I had some flan and coffee. Service on a Saturday morning was very slow. Some lack of organization in this place unfortunately.
Also the employees are not able to handle orders in English which means that instead of an American coffee I ended up with a coffee with milk…
The flan was very good and the coffee (I didn’t have the courage to deal with more waiting) good enough given the circumstances.
Probably best for someone fluent in Spanish… my bad

Yummy and soft delicious breads…. I don’t know how many different types. But Pandebono = A piece of heaven in your mouth.
