Costa Coffee Reviews

Sialeni Mallias

I went with 3 young persons 2 with autism and both boys said how amazing the staff were in talking to them and listening to them. There was a young lady and man and both friendly polite and efficient. Truly excellent staff and wonderful experience here today. Thank you.

Using for the first time. This coffee shop is larger than it appears from the out. With comfortable seating and friendly staff. People can sit and enjoy hot and cold drinks with the option of adding sandwiches and cakes. Located on the main high street and easy access to shops.

Area is a bit crowded depending on the time and day you get there, they have some delicious cake. I love the atmosphere going on in there but overall on some of the downsides I’d say the place overall balances out nicely and had great food and alright staff so I’d say this deserves a 5 stars rating!

Would recommend going there on a Wednesday in the afternoon.

Lovely little Costa, lady behind counter was so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the products. Made my disabled mother feel very welcome and happy. Good service, great food and drink and clean toilets.

Nice place to sit but the staff were kinda pushy, even though there was no queue.

Jason Baxter

Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Lovely exposed timber frame with the guildhall opposite.

Rob Barnes

Really interesting Costa in a medieval building – some original features, included. Decent view of the Guildhall. Friendly staff.

Beth

Thank you. Had Americano because no filter coffee, pleasant to sit in the window.

Young blonde girl behind the bar was very miserable and rude to colleague, walked around with a deep frown not one smile
