The female/owner is really nice. The donuts are the softest I’ve ever had. You gotta try them. I’m gonna try a lunch sandwich later today. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good and low priced. I have been here several times. I’ve never been disappointed.

place has pretty damn good croissant sandwiches, good bobas, donuts, and cream cheese rolls always sell out. my only complaint is that they never seem to have enough creamcheese rolls theyre so good i dont blame them. good spot check them out sometime

Found a place finally with the flavor and consistency I was looking for. Ham and cheese croissant is one of the better ones with not just some lazy made ham on only one side. The dough is good with no greasy after taste and it is fluffy. The coffee is perfect and i haven’t tried the milk teas.
