Third time here. Their blended coffee is good. Iced coffee is good depending on who makes it on that day. Only complaint is that I ordered two small hot chocolates for my kids and they gave them coffee. I couldn’t drive back because I was too far away to go back by the time my kids noticed it was not hot chocolate.

I like stopping by and getting coffee here. The coffee wakes you up which perfect for start of the day. The only thing is that they skimp on the spread of cream cheese on bagels. Grinds my gears taking a bite of all bagel and no cream cheese.

To start off. I was having a bad day & figured I’d treat myself to some Dunkin’. I had never tried it and had always heard good reviews. My experience was the complete opposite. I came at 8pm on 8/27, the person who took my order was helpful and helped me choose my first drink. However, when I went to get my drink, the young lady who charged me was also kind, but the blonde haired girl who made my drink made it so careless. I received my drink without the cold foam that I payed for. I nicely told them I was missing the foam. The girl who rung me up apologized and handed it off to be remade. She handed my drink to the blonde hair girl and she did something to my drink. The girl who rung me up told the other worked “that’s not how they asked for it” and the blonde hair replied “it doesn’t matter”. I purchased a large iced latte with pumpkin swirl & oat milk with pumpkin foam. I also asked for cinnamon. My drink tasted so bad, hardly any ice, and no cinnamon. I’m so disappointed and sad that this experience will forever be my first impression.

I’ve only tried the refresher and a bagel with bacon egg and cheese but the drink was a little too sweet with lemonade and the bagel was a bit tough. (Hard to chew). Although my fiance likes their coffee I would like to try it one day and see what the hype is about. The drive thru is quick and workers there are friendly. I look forward to possibly updated this review.

First and LAST! Had never visited Dunkin’ and never will again! Not only were the donuts not good or fresh, service is absolutely atrocious. This establishment needs to rehire the crew entirely. If you are craving donuts or coffee, go elsewhere! You’ll be better served elsewhere, anywhere!

Basically only giving 1 star because the caramel macchiato was the only item I received that tasted adequate. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps…. well to say the least they tasted like garbage. The eggs where cold, and I didn’t receive any bacon! I repeat, there was no bacon! My whole world shattered after realizing that. I also ordered 2 hash browns. These too where in fact garbage. They were not crispy at all, just a bunch of soggy half dollar potatoes. Added to my order was their so called “apple fritter.” This was no fritter, this was literally a cinnamon roll. There wasn’t any apple filling, or glazed top. I get better ones from the cheap donut shop down my street. All in all I was very disappointed.

I stood in the in front of the pick up line not knowing it wasn’t the ordering line and nobody said anything. Then when I got in the right line they nobody ever came to assist me there was 7 employees working. After about 25 minutes of waiting I left cause it was getting to hard to wait cause I had my 3 yr old with me and he was getting impatient. This was my first time ever going to dunkin donuts and I will never be returning. Instead I’m am driving 20 minute to Krispy Kreme instead of 1 minute to dunkin donuts just cause it will be faster and less inconvenient then a trip to dunkin donut. I’d give 0 stars if I could but Google doesn’t allow you to accurately rate s*#$tty places. Also the donuts didn’t look appealing either. Looks really dried like day old. This doesn’t describe how aggrevating it was. Getting donuts should not be this hard. Zero assistance. Also keep in mind there is a big drink cooler blocking the register when you go in.

Both my sons love their chocolate donuts. They are soft and tasty. So glad we have dunkin donuts in our neighborhood!

I went through the drive-thru I specifically ordered a Caramel latte and 2 Double Chocolate donuts, but it’s my bad for not checking the bag, but when I finally looked in the bag it was 2 garlic cream cheese filled bagels #NotWhatiOrdered… Check your bag B4 driving away, I got the coffee that I wanted, so I don’t know what went wrong with the donuts….
