Boston Cream Donut Reviews

I’ve lived down the street from this donut place for so long and I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed it! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I am in love with the breakfast croissant! I try to get it every weekend. Their croissant is so thick and buttery. They put the sauce on there with some egg and ham. And it’s a big sandwich! They always got fresh donuts and since recently they started staying open late.

I was looking for a place that was close to me for cronuts because we travel about 30 minutes away for them and this place is 10 min away. The ham cheese and jalapeno croissant is so delicious!!! The man who is working is here is really nice as well. 10/10

This is a soul food place. I surely enjoyed this soul food sport. The food is great and plentiful. Good service. Lots of parking, and all the customers are hungry and happy. I got so much food in my order I had to carry out half. We enjoyed and had a great time.

They have good Doughnuts but they need to listen to phone orders correctly! I placed 3 phone orders and I keep asking for sandwiches on BREAD!
I guess they think a croissant is Bread!
That’s my only ISSUE!

DISAPPOINTED. I USED TO GO HERE BECAUSE THEY HAD THE FRESHEST DONUTS. RECENTLY THEY STARTED SELLING DAYS OLD DONUTS. SAD BECAUSE THEY REALLY WERE THE BEST!

My first time visiting. I don’t frequent donut shops often and even at places I’m familiar with, I tend to spend a little while going over the menu. No other customers were in there when me and my mom entered. But the Asian guy at the counter was subtly rushing us to hurry up and order. He was rude from the time we ordered to our transaction over nothing. I didn’t tip him because he didn’t deserve a tip. The way he spoke to me and my mom made me feel less than and wondering what about us made him treat us inferior to the other customers who came in after us (btw whom he did not display the same demeanor towards). He was warm with them and thanked them as I was stirring my coffee with the condiments with my back turned.

Not only was his customer service a bad taste in the mouth, he filled my coffee cup almost to the top even though I asked for a hazelnut coffee (meaning I need some room in the cup for the creamer and sugar). His service was as though his job was very much a chore and like he was being forced to serve us. As though we didn’t pay and he was working for free.. Lol. SO GLAD THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF DONUT SHOPS. I don’t think it’s news that I don’t see me returning there in the future.. Customer service really DOES have an impact on whether a customer will return or NOT, even if the food and/or beverages are good! I will say that.

Nick and the staff is the best in the mornings ! The doughnuts are always fresh , and the sandwiches are “meals” ! There’s nothing like it !

They got bacon donuts.. Great flavors

Its good, but the male makes better sandwiches than one of females. They can be busy at times, and will take fastest care of solely donut buyers. Great donuts!!
