This is cool spot, I honestly never Knew was here in the City of Newark for quite some time. The location is a tiny space but fills up with so many customers. If you are looking for a nice safe place away from the Hustle & Bustle of Newarks Downtown Life & want some real good coffee or tea. Definitely got to try paying a visit to the Black Swan, the place smells great walking in and the vibes are chill. Employees are cool, respectful and know how to throw down. Such yumminess with muffins, oatmeal, cheddar scones, good Salads and flavor packed sandwiches.

The Brick City beans are great! It has a really nice cherry flavor. They shipped out the order VERY quickly. Adam was also kind enough to call & help out with an item that was no longer available. I hope to visit in person, soon.

This is a cute little coffee shop right on Halsey St. The people that work here are very friendly and make you feel at home. I tried to hibiscus donut and it tastes as good as it looks. They have free wifi and you can sit around and get some work done while sipping on your coffee and nibbling on their sweet treats. Give them a try!

Wow!! Just WOW! Quite possibly the best cortado I’ve ever had, and I frequent all the “best” bespoke espresso shops in Manhattan (not to mention the year that my wife and I lived in Seattle, partaking of their finest).
The espresso draw was perfection. Not a trace of acidity, just pure and just right. And the temperature — also just right. The barista’s attention to detail: outstanding!!

Really good coffee but lack of showing up at their designated set hours. Came at 8 am, waited until 8:15 nobody showed up.

if you guys officially set the time from 8:00am, then please be on time, your start time does not match the schedule that you have in Google or the one that hangs on your door, I don’t recommend to come here in the morning time because if you short on time, they might not be open!

Favorite coffee in all of NJ. Beats all the montclair fancy coffee shops hands down. The coffee tastes perfectly balanced every time I get it. I usually order a cappuccino. I’ve missed working at my office just because of this place.

Just had the Avocado toast….it is to die for!!! Fresh, delicious, just a bit of spicy kick. Requested to have the bread toasted a little longer to give it a nice crunch.
