My first time to a Biggby coffee. This location was very convenient to my hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. Staff was very friendly and the drink was delicious.

First time visiting this particular or any Biggby Coffee establishment. Nice quiet location. Self serve from thermal airpot coffee carafes. Pretty simple. Seemed fresh and I made it just like I like it. Restaurant and self serve area was neat and clean. Staff was professional and kind. Recommended for a quick self serve quality coffee.

So thankful that an employee asked someone that walked in without a mask on to please put one on. It takes courage to speak up like that. While I waited for my order, another person came in with their nose hanging out and the employee politely asked that the customer pull their mask up over their nose. Thank you for caring. I will definitely return. Please let management/corporate know that if it’s possible, it’d be nice to have the option to tip employees when a customer uses a credit card and doesn’t have cash on them. My bragel and drink were made perfectly and tasted great!

The slowest coffee joint in the midwest. First time I visited I waited 10 min for an employee that never showed, so I left. Second time waited for 21 minutes for a plain brewed coffee. There will not be a third time.
Update: there was a third time and I was given flavored coffee instead of non flavored. Then the creams I was given were all curdled. My bad for trying again.

Around 7pm, everyone on this shift, was absolutely amazing. There was a problem with them accepting $100 bill and their credit card machine was not working. Instead of not making 3 drinks ordered, they we’re kind enough to give them to me for free and I got a free drink card. They didn’t have to do that and I would have understood that I’d need to go get change. I am truly pleased with this locations actions and I will continue to return. I’ve been here before and the people are always so kind. Thank you to the guy in the grey sweater and the female cashier!

Just stopped here to get some coffee. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. They spilled my coffee no apology either. Won’t go there again.
Travel Eat
Walked out after rude encounter with Order taker who was snippy with everyone beforehand. I went there to get a local cup of coffee, not to be sized up. Walked across the street to Starbucks and had an enjoyable morning. Get better help. Maybe Sunday morning isn’t your busy time but good help is everything these days.

The bagel and coffee were good but dealing with the lady who always wear a beanie was awful. I get mornings suck but there’s no need to get ornery with customers
