I’m getting so frustrated with this place. We’ve been going here for years and the last 6-7 times we’ve been here our order has been wrong. It’s like a running joke at this point like what do you want vs what you actually get. It’s ridiculous. There are new owners and I’ve even told them how our order is wrong Every. Single. Time. I’m a local business owner myself, after one complaint we’d try to fix an issue like this. I don’t understand how every single time they literally forget something as simple as cream cheese on my bagel.

I love to stop here on my days off after dropping my kids off from school. Food is always great. It appears they have two separate groups of people that work there. One group is always friendly and expedient and greet you with a smile. While the other group it feels like you are bothering them by placing an order. I get excited every time the former group is there and greets me when I come in versus the time I grin and bear when it is the latter group.

The breakfast sandwich southern tradition is so delicious. My friend got it with bacon and thought it was great with the exception, that it should if had an additional strip of bacon. My sausage one was really tasty. I got it with apple cinnamon bagel(you can choose any vareities of bagels there for your bread part of your sandwich)

I don’t understand why they don’t make enough bagels to meet demand. Each time I visit GR, I try to order the cheddar twist bagel and they are sold out. If you have a consistent demand for a popular bagel, why aren’t you making enough to meet the demand? You shouldn’t be sold out within a couple of hours of the business opening.

I have been going to this establishment (Kentwood location) for over 3 years. I took some time off over the winter and came back this Spring. During the time I was away, management changed hands. Since the new management, I have visited 3 times and I have to say your quality of bagels are subpar and grocery Lender bagels are far better than yours. What happened??? Your bagels are dry, tasteless and lacks texture and substance. I came in today and a bought a few of them….and couldn’t finish eating one, it was bland and dry. I had to throw away the remaining bagels. The other locations have much better bagels. Go back to the old recipes and quality. Your staff are nice and attentive, but I will not be returning for a while…perhaps sometime later when you improve your bagels.

The employees are so kind but they NEVER have bagels! I have been in as early as 8am and they literally have nothing and it has been this way for the past 10 times i have visited! This used to be a great place that I loved visiting but I am not sure I can come anymore.

One of my favorite places to get my favorite bagel from when in the mood for one! I always feel bad that they is always only two people working but they do amazing job getting all the orders done! You have to be patient and wait for your order!

These bagels are some of the best in west Michigan. My wife is from New York, and she tells me that these are about as close to New York as you can get. The bagels have always been fresh, and delicious. We really like the way they cut the bagels. They also have muffins and cookies, but my diet will not permit me to try those. But they sure look yummy!

Breakfast bagel sandwiches were hot and tasty. We also bought bagels and muffins to take home. Worth the money. Service was good.

My local BAB is in Holland, MI and I absolutely love it. So I thought I would try this location. Extremely disappointed. Purchased a bagel sandwich and 3 bagels with cream cheese. The sandwich was great but the bagels with cream cheese barely had any cram cheese on them. The selection of cream cheese flavors was very limited. Will not be returning to this location.
