Vicky Bakery Reviews

Good experience. A bit of a wait, but it was worth it with how good all the food was. We had empanadas, pastelitos, señoritas de dulce de leche, and a few other things. All great. Shoutout to Ivonne for her excellent service and patience at our big order and messy family that was still deciding while ordering

It even a one star I use to go here so many times but bow they look like they change the chef because I order a cuban sandwich it’s smell and it was nasty and they didn’t even toast it . My dad got sick.

Great food the employees behind the counter did not seem happy to work there.

How come this location is no longer accepting online orders? Also, every time I decide to go in-person the lines are ridiculously long and the service is very slow.

I use to live down the street from this location and l would shop here many time within the month.
Service was always slow but l stopped in yesterday morning around 8:00am
l live in broward now so it was out of my way.
It was out of hand you had four girls working, arguing about who does what and who should do what for about five minutes let me say that when your in a line with eight plus people waiting and listening to these girls go off on each it is not very pleasant, which by the way three customers turned around and walked out l truly hope the owner of this location reads this.
I do not have any complaints about the food but the service is lousy.
You just lost a customer

Horrible service, I ordered breakfast with Uber eats. The toast they made was no butter and burnt. And the coffee was cold

They give you old food from day before. Hard and you can tell its warmed up from the day before. And they separate the fresh ones from the old ones. To get rid of the old ones first.

I’ve ordered from this location twice through the DoorDash app. Both times the food was subpar. I used to go to the Vickys in Miami Lakes all the time, and never had any issues. First time in this location I ordered a ham&cheese croissant that wasn’t even heated up (Miami Lakes location heats it up and drizzles some sugar on it). On the second time I decided to go with something simpler.. A tostada and a pastelito. The tostada barely had any butter and the pastelito had little filling and no sugar coat on top. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them through a delivery app.. Maybe in person is better.
To their defense, the coffee was excellent every time.

I have been a customer of Vicky Bakery for years and years, today bocaditos were purchased and they had mold. Like the first day I entered that I met the CAO family in S.E. Hialeah I will end it today I will never purchase or eat anything from their bakery again. I have read negative reviews and I totally understand how the customers have felt. Money is not an issue but the inconvenience of them wanting you to return to the store for your money back. They can keep it I will just never buy from them again!

Would rate this place higher but I simply cannot understand how you can offer an alternative to Vegans but never have stock. Every single time I go to get their, DELICIOUS AND AMAZING, Cuban bread it’s never available. I’m getting really sick of coming here in the morning just to be told they don’t have it or they don’t have it that day. Severely disappointed. Staff are kind and they have plenty of non vegan options but this place has nothing for vegans. Back to the drawing board I suppose.
