This was a throw-back for me, my wife used to live in Texas where there are Shipley Do-Nuts everywhere, and we used to love to grab the kolaches on Sunday morning. The best is the sausage, cheese and jalapeno kolaches, which mix just the right amount of spicy and savory. Their donut selection is outstanding as well. Highly recommended.

Shipley’s is a great place to get donuts! The staff is very friendly and courteous. I went through the drive through and was pleasantly surprised by how polite they were. The lady at the window made an effort to conversate and it was nice during my short wait. She complemented my wife’s glasses and thanked her for being a nurse during this time. It was also very efficient and I was out of the drive through within 3 minutes. Also how can I forget how delicious the donuts are! Very happy with the food and service. I will definitely be getting donuts here again.

A co-worker had brought in the kolaches to work one day, I enjoyed them and so had to pay it forward went and bought a dozen of them to take to work and they were gone immediately! They also have Donuts which are very good as well. On the next visit I will make sure to take pictures as the Kolaches we’re gone so fast I didn’t even have a chance to think about taking a photo! If you have not had one of those they make their own dough and they wrap them they have sausage and cheese jalapeño sausage and cheese very tasty!

I literally just came from the new Kristi Kreme that opened up in Colorado Springs and had one of their donuts and was so disappointed, however, it made me think of how much better shipleys donuts are! And felt the need to brag! 🙂 Any morning I stop by before work, my donuts are always warm and fluffy and delicious! 10/10 everytime! ❤️

Great fresh made donuts! We took our 1971 VW Bus on a donut run and loved the donuts here! Donut picnic in the side of the VW and a bit of a drive to get to the donut shop, but so worth it!

Haven’t been in a really long time due to me moving to Peyton Colorado, but by far my favorite doughnut place to stop at when I’m in the area! Still taste as fresh as they did when I worked here a year ago!!!

My preferred donut place in the Colorado Springs area. I have to drive out of my way to get to them, but it’s worth it. I stick to the glazed yeast raised donuts and they don’t disappoint.

Nice little shop with a drive-thru that sells donuts and kolaches. Kolaches are a type of European stuffed pastry. Donuts were decent and the kolaches were nice as well, though I wish they were stuffed a bit better or with more filling.

Fully delicious and worth the 20 min drive. The chocolate donut with cream filling tastes like marshmallow. So good! They are a little pricier, but it is worth the value. Oh and for those that don’t know (because I sure didn’t) kolaches are a filling (sausage and cheese, ham and cheese) with bread wrapped around. Again, so delicious.
