Breakfast croissants sandwiches are good! I always order the sausage egg without cheese. I usually get pretty good customer service. I order the sandwiches ahead of time so I don’t have to wait for them.

I don’t like posting bad reviews especially for small businesses, but beware this is some of the worst customer service..
Was told I was “Taking too long” and “Taking too many pictures” even though I kindly explained I was ordering for someone. I was there for 5 minutes tops and it was empty. Ended up getting yelled at to go “text outside”
Not an exaggeration
So unless you know exactly what you want, or aren’t in/out in a minute, don’t bother.

I would order a sandwich everyday and would call because of work break limitation. They stopped picking up my calls, raised there prices and just starting giving me horrible customer service. I would spend about 160$ a month on sandwiches’. Sucks to say I wont be coming here anymore due to there lack of service.

They operate like they are running the store in a chinese village. The owner yelled at my kid for walking around in the store. The products are below average. Zero customer service. Surprised they are able to stay open.

Not a fan of the customer service, limited selections, and worst of all: we asked if there is dairy in the smoothies. Both employees looked very confused and then one said, “Only cream, non-dairy cream.” So we got one, and then my friend got incredibly ill. He’s allergic to lactose and it is imperative that restaurants don’t lie about what is in their food. Not sure if they lied to us or simply didn’t know, but either way that’s messed up. People like that shouldn’t be in the food business.

Employee was incredibly rude when we asked basic questions. After we selected our donuts he told us it was cash only, which we didn’t have, and he literally slammed his tongs down.

We love trying out “hole in the wall” donut places. As far as places in this part of HB, this place takes the cake.
Only downfall like most mom/pop donut shops- cash only.
