We visited them to pick up 2 dozens donuts for our gathering. I was trying to choose what donuts I wanted and I was pointing out my selection and she was showing agitation because she wanted to make the selection for me and before she finished with my order she was already talking and getting the next order. They had a restriction for the number of people in the store but there were easily twice as many people crammed in there and they did not enforce the number limitation. I have visited the store four times and none of the experiences have been positive.

Immaculate store front, fantastic service, and excellent quality. When I went (April, 2021), there was a line out the door. They have a wide range of coffees and lattes, As well as bottled drinks and fresh squeezed orange juice. They also have Bagels, muffins, and hot breakfast sandwiches.
It’s very conveniently located right on the corner of Chapman and state college Blvd.

The lady at the register was very rude and had an attitude the whole time. Customer service is key when running a business and this lady didn’t care for her customers. I feel bad for the other employees who you can tell was embarrassed of her snapping at a customer. A customer nodded his head yes when asked a question and the lady replied , “I don’t have time to look at your head, say yes or no” extreme rude so we just walked out. There’s another donut place a couple places away called “A.K.’s Donuts” go there instead!

We went there today at approximately 4:00 to get some bagels. The employee was rude and totally oblivious and/or neglectful to our repeated requests for what WE wanted in regards to our bagels and types of cream cheese. She took it upon herself to choose for us, after we continually and politely stated what we actually wanted. It got very frustrating, because she was essentially ignoring us with her back turned, after repeatedly inquiring about out inaccurate order. Not to mention she used her BARE hand to lean against the dirty floor and cross contaminate the already used glove she was wearing (trying endlessly to find her “right” cream cheese in the refrigerator). At this point we had enough and simply walked out of the premises, due to her unsanitary handling of food, given Covid, as well as her rude and condescending attitude. We will never come back to your establishment again, and plan on contacting the Board of Health for putting people’s health in jeopardy. Management and ownership, as well her, are putting the public’s health in safety. It’s unacceptable.

Worst customer service I’ve experience in YEARS. The lady was rude and dismissive. When we paid she didnt even tell us the transaction was done. She just walked off to the back. Felt like it was a bother to have us even buying from there, horrible way to run a business.
For the quality of the donuts and bagels, the attitude is NOT granted, the glazed donuts had too sweet of a coating, probably from excess sugar as it wasnt smooth and was clumped at the edges. The prices are also slightly higher compared to other shops close by. Will NOT be going back. Even though it’s the closest to us, I’d drive where needed to avoid such uncomfortable of a transaction.

Perfect donuts and bagels. Amazing, and delicious, the best around. That is why the service is horrible, we mortals don’t deserve such good food so the workers make sure to threat us like trash so that we recognize our place. Overall great food and service to remind us of it 10/10.

They seemed to have a attitude. They made me wait while they worked on a tablet and just ignored me for a dood 5 min ( seemed longer ). I got 3 dozen donuts for my office . Most seemed half stale and not as fresh as other donut shops I’ve been to. Their muffins stick to the wrapper and are hardly edible.

Donuts are good but the service is horrible! Three staff working but all making sandwiches. No one just serving donuts. Taking too long so i had to leave.

The place is really hit or miss.
Customer service is lacking and it’s very disorganized when it’s busy.
It’s even more difficult to communicate with staff when everyone is wearing a mask.
Adequate donuts ($12 for a dozen) and bagels sell out quickly.
