Awesome goodies if you have a sweet tooth. Next time I will so try the lunch and other foods. I loved the dark cherry & yogurt danish. Very fluffy and savory! I went there for the creme brulee and came out wanting more! They have a wide variety of great looking, fresh smelling and tasty foods!

First time stopping in. Wasn’t sure what to expect. My breakfast was cooked exactly as I had asked. Produce was fresh. My croissant was flaky and soft on the inside. Great atmosphere.

The only negative things was I sat down and had no clue I was suppose to grab silverware from the drink counter. The gentleman at the register should have said here is your number silverware is to your left and sit wherever you like. I got handed a number and asked if I wanted my receipt. It wasn’t busy and there was no customer behind me in line. Could have been more helpful.

Over all 5 stars though . Had a great breakfast at a good price. Will stop in again when im in town.

I’m not sure this is exactly what they serve in downtown Paris, but maybe they should try it. Pastries look quite European. The breakfast menu is mostly American and the lunch is a mixed bag. Inside seating is surprisingly large around a wonderful fireplace (very handy for those cold summer days in Arizona). There is also a large outdoor seating area.

Nice little Cafe, its cute, clean and well decorated. The food is decent but pre-made then heated when ordered. I also bought some desserts to eat later tonight and they look amazing! There are enough good looking foods on the menu that I’d like to come back and try other things. Give this place a try!

You take a menu and get in line to do an order then they bring food out to table. I didn’t care for the tomato soup but, salad was a really big salad. I should have gotten a half.
They have this complementary bread station. But, during covid it would be better just to give people a cut of French bread with each order. (Like Panera Bread)
Sitting by the fireplace was so nice!

I visited this spot while in Arizona. This is a bakery and café. They had pastries, food, and coffee. I had a caramel latte and it was good, not too sweet. For Thanksgiving, we ordered the coconut custard cake which was amazing and the pumpkin tart as well. I would love to come back and try the food. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

My favorite dessert place ❤️ from time to time I feel like I need something sweet and always go to LA Madeleine which never failed me to find what I need and always fresh !! And never have enough of it!!
Will continue to go there and would love to try the bakery as well !!

My brother and I visited Madeleine French Bakery for the first time last week. The decision to do so began with a search for “french toast” late one weekday night. My brother, your average breakfast for dinner fiend asked me if I knew any place that sold good french toast, to which I hastily checked Google. This location was the second option, following an ad for The Cheesecake Fac. and Denny’s as the closest place to us that sold what they call french toast.
I saw the owner’s photograph of what the considered french toast and it caught my eye, it was elegant, triangular, plump and beautiful decorated toast, decorated with fresh fruit, we had to have it. We usually hang out in the central Phoenix area, but decided to make the drive out.
As we arrived, we were greeted with warm “bonjour”s coming from most of the employees. The whole place was clean and a fire place adorned the left side of the restaurant. On the right, a great display case full of decedent desserts (from which we tried all the minies, the coconut cake, lemon tart, and creme brulee).
We made our way down the restaurant corridor, which is fashioned sort of like a Panera Bread or a Zuppas, traditional cafe vibe. The waitress and waiter/barista at the time of our visit were welcoming to our queries and allowed us to ask away a few questions before finally ordering a classic grilled cheese with soup and the object of my brother desire: french toast.
Now here’s the thing I should clarify, they carry two french “toasts”, but it’s actually a cinnamon bun with elements of the actually dish colliding with the pastry. It’s surprisingly light, not doughy or overly sweet, served simply with a few slices of strawberry, a sauce, some optional syrup, and a dusting of confectioners sugar. I loved it, my brother loved it, the bit we left was engorged by our roommate who also said it tasted delicious.
Would I revisit this place?
Yes, absolutely. It sits like a cafe but yields date night warmth and vibe. The food is tasty, served quickly, and the staff is friendly.
Would I recommend this place to others?
But of course, others have to know!

Sidenote: their lattes are perfectly steamed, greatly balanced espresso shots, and served at great temperature. 10/10

Super yummy cafe! They have soup, salad, sandwiches, breakfast, everything was delicious! Service was great, place was clean. Seating outdoor and indoor.

Staff is super friendly. Food is OK and typical for a fast food seat down style, I forgot to ask for dressing on the side and the salad had WAY too much dressing, not enjoyable.
