Krispy Kreme Reviews

When one thinks about Donuts – – – Krispy Kreme is in a league all of its own. From the moment that Krispy Kreme Donuts first came to Rio Rancho, New Mexico nothing about donuts has been the same.

Whether you enjoy an original glazed, chocolate glaze, filled or cake donut smiles follow that white box with its delicious sweetness.

The location at Wyoming is centrally located in the Northeast heights. The staff are patient and go the extra mile when giving you information about your donut selections.

Regardless of where you get your Donuts from, one thing is for sure, you won’t be losing any of the Covid 15 with such tasty treats.

Due to the availability of donuts, customer service, cleanliness of the location and taste of their product, I am giving this location the highest rating for this visit.

History:

Vernon Rudolph bought a secret yeast raised doughnut recipe from a New Orleans French chef, rented a building in what is now historic Old Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and began selling its Krispy Kreme doughnuts on July 13, 1937 to local grocery stores. The delicious scents of cooking doughnuts drifted into the streets, and passersby stopped to ask if they could buy hot doughnuts. So he cut a hole in an outside wall and started selling Original Glazed doughnuts directly to customers on the sidewalk.

In 1982, a small group of our early franchisees bought Krispy Kreme back from Beatrice Foods. A renewed focus on the hot doughnut experience became a priority for the company. They began to expand outside the southeast US and opened its first store in New York City in 1996. Soon afterward, in 1999, the first store in California opened and national expansion was well underway. When Krispy Kreme turned 60 years old in 1997, it was officially recognized as the 20th century American icon with a donation of company artifacts to the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History.

Usually, I leave nothing but good reviews…food/coffee is good, but the service sucks. Whoever the slender girl is needs to go. She is rude as you walk through the door. She basically threw my coffee at me along with donut, and said in a borderline hostile way,” have a good day “. Never coming back….

I always love a good lemon filled donut. These little spring minis were so cute that I had to grab a box of them too. The service at this location was impeccable. My treats were delectable.

You can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme!

Spent $30.00 for 2 dozen original glazed doughnuts today & when I asked why they didn’t have any blueberry cake or chocolate cake doughnuts anymore, I was told “we don’t make the doughnuts from scratch, we only receive what comes from the factory and the factory isn’t making those doughnuts anymore.” Whoever is making the decisions regarding the types of doughnuts that are being offered needs to know that not everyone likes raised doughnuts and if a consumer is going to pay $15.00 for a dozen doughnuts, there are better choices in the Albuquerque market like Glazed Grinders, Amy’s Donuts, or even Dunkin Donuts. These large companies need to realize that now, more than ever, they should do their best to retain their customers, and for what’s it worth, this consumer will never purchase Krispy Kreme doughnuts again.

Sign says always fresh. Blunt lie. Not once have I come here and they have warm donuts. If the donuts are cold I might as well pick them up from the grocery store.

Surly service. One would think with donuts this expensive the service would be excellent, but you would be wrong.

My husband and his father went in here and the lady yelled at my husband for not having his mask up over his nose then a minute later she yelled at another costumer for the same reason. My father-in-law tried to lighten the mood a little but all she did was roll her eyes at him. Definitely won’t be coming here again. The donuts were great though!
