Very busy bakery for all the right reasons

This bread shop is located in Mitsuwa. You can purchase not only bread but iced coffee. You can not use AMEX card credit card in this shop. Some breads such as cup cake and Shoku-pan (Squared bread) are able to buy at the Mitsuwa (It mean AMEX credit card is availabe).

I always love their bread. I was super excited that they finally reopened after Mitsuwa moved in the beginning of the year. I grabbed a bag of their toast as usual, but only to go home and find out that one side is entirely burnt. This never happend in the past 20 years of shopping here. For a bag of toast that you charge $10 for, this is entirely unacceptable and I expected much better quality control from them.

I went to pick up my bakery item. Valeria Lopez who is working there was kind, friendly, efficient, and hardworking. The cakes I bought was of high quality. The pastries are delicious.

-Mochi strawberry pastry was good. Make sure you beat near the base so you get a bite of everything. That is where the red bean and mochi are hiding. We went back for more and everything was gone
-Strawberry mochi shake was quite good. Thicker in consistency than the milk jelly.
-Strawberry milk jelly is weird. Taste, flavor and consistency.
