This was our first visit to Golly G’s and it was delicious! The girls were very pleasant and helped us with our selections. The pecan sticky bun was to die for, and the banana nut muffin was very tasty as well. We also got a coffee fudge milkshake and a caramel latte, and they did not disappoint either. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again.

Got the pineapple upside down cake and wedding cake. It did not taste fresh. It tasted like the ice cream cooler fumes (the best way I can describe it. Normally it is good, but the last few times had this weird taste. To expensive not to taste fresh.

This is a local staple here in Pleasant View come see why! Everything in Golly G’s is amazing… I enjoyed a double scoop yesterday because of the day I had and needed a treat to say “You made it through”

I give it a 4 star for the ice cream, a 5 for the sticky buns (so good), but a 1 for consistency. You can get a single scoop that fills to the top on one visit, then get a double scoop that doesn’t even go over to the top of a small cup. I have even gotten a single scoop that was bigger than a double scoop on multiple occasions.
This is two double scoops. Our kids scoops were bigger than this.

Delicious but expensive,y grandson is vegan due to allergies this is the only safe place for him to get ice cream usually they have one vegan flavor, but if you tell them you have allergies they will wash the scooper to make sure there are no cross contamination

I came in and got 2 scoops of ice cream at $5.50. Is it too much to ask for the container to be full at that price. In the pictures I just got home and had 2 bites before deciding to send you pictures. I quit coming for a long time, but thought I would try again. I like your ice cream, but will start going to cold stone, because there you get full scoops.

Golly G’s came to Waverly today. If you have been watching the news than you understand Waverly TN is in the process of overcoming one of its most tremendous devastations. We experienced a flood on Saturday that moved homes off their foundation. Some were moved 50-100 yards from their original locations. Businesses were destroyed. Life’s were lost. People are missing. The only redeeming thing about this entire catastrophe is the unification and response of the community to help those affected. Golly G’s was part of that response. They passed through town offering their delicious treats to any worker, victim, or volunteer. FOR FREE! Even though we tried, the refused to take any money, whatsoever. Y’all, they don’t even live in this city. They came and helped people that they won’t see everyday. People that don’t live in their city, and aren’t their common customers. They drove a long distance, donating their product, their fuel, their time, and their hearts, for a community that they owed nothing to. That’s character. Even if their food was horrible, I’d spend money here before spending it at ANY other establishment. However the quality of their ice cream matched the quality of their hearts. It was beyond delicious, and very needed. I was honored to meet these people, and I was blessed in more ways than free ice cream. If you haven’t gathered by now, I HIGHLY recommend that you try this place out, and that you continue giving them your business. These are the right kind of people. God bless them.

So many delicious flavors of ice cream. Their brownies are AMAZING! The frothy cold brew coffee is scrumptious and hit the spot on a hot afternoon! They also have to-go bake at home cinnamon rolls that are so rich and delicious and make the house smell so good!

Omg!!! I have only tried the cookie dough ice cream but it was all that!!!! My husband got the banana pudding scoop on a cone and he said it tasted just like the good ole banana pudding. Prices are average for this type of place and in my opinion based off what I had, it is worth it. I highly recommend you go check this place out. They have more than ice cream! They also offer military discount which I think is awesome
