Dunkin’ Reviews

Picked up some coffee and donuts for my team on the way to work. I was greeted very warmly by a younger gentleman when I entered! He was personable and joked with me while putting my order together.

The strawberry sprinkle donuts and coffee cupcake were especially loved by my team.

The iced coffee and cold brew w/ salted caramel cold foam hit the spot as well.

I had a test in Oklahoma city and I was not allowed to eat or drink before. So when I was finished, I wanted coffee. I saw that a Dunkin Donuts was less than 2 miles away. First, the parking is horrible. I went inside, and the whole staff was busy doing orders for the drive thru. Someone finally waited on me. I bought a bag of 25 munchkins and a medium black coffee. The coffee was very good, but the munchkins were awful. They tasted old, and really flavorless. I bought a variety, so I tried one of each. The pumpkin munchkins were good. Tasted like spice cake, not pumpkin. The powdered, chocolate, and glazed were tough like they were made yesterday. I ended up throwing them away. A big waste of money.

I thought I found a new favorite place for coffee. But I think I’ll be going back to Starbucks. Today I ordered through the app. I pulled to the window and was handed my drink. It was correct. But the display was not. They stuck my receipt directly on top where my straw was supposed to go. Of course I had an issue trying to get it off. I went on Saturday and of course I did another mobile order and there was a glitch and it took my order twice. The girl who was at the window had a nasty attitude. And clearly she had no knowledge of the types of donuts. I ended up with 6 donuts. Two which I didn’t order. It took another employee to tell her which ones to grab. I didn’t have any issues when I started using their app a month ago, but whoever owns this store needs to go through some training with staff especially with people ordering mobile and drive thru and they always try and give mobile orders to the wrong people.

I decided I’d grab some donuts and went about 1130. They did not have any Boston creme and I though well I am going later than normal for donuts. Decided vanilla creme sounds good. Got home and not one of them are filled. I don’t have time to drive back. Never had this happen at the May location. I’ll stick with them. Waste of money

I always get fast service through drive through. Download app if you haven’t already. Friendly staff, clean place. The blueberry match is super yummy. Decided to try the avocado toast and I didn’t hate it, a little too much lime taste for me and too smooth of a texture but the toast had a nice texture.

First time having breakfast at Dunkin. I only went because I was tired of Mc Donald’s and nothing else was open that early. I didn’t know what to get so I sampled everything. They have a tomato pesto grilled cheese that blew me away. The prices were not bad either. I’ll definitely be having another.

The short overweight caucasian woman thats in her late 30’s early 40s has the worst customer service I ever seen! She handled my cup after wiping her nose with her hand and smile when I complained. Asked for a manager and she said you speaking to her and shut the window in my face.

Very slow. Breakfast wrap had strange flavor and was extremely dried out. Person taking orders didn’t get it right. This wasn’t my usual experience with this place.

I’ve came to this location multiple times about every week just for my son and his donuts I stopped ordering coffee for myself and my grandmother because they do not know how to make a coffee or a latte it’s extremely frustrating considering I have worked at a Dunkin before and know what the employees are lacking and seeing it constantly not being corrected or trained properly even with no longer ordering drinks tell me how you still manage to mess up my simple orders of donuts my 4 year old he better listening skills and comprehensive skills than most of the employees working the drive thru and they never let you finish talking before askin will that be all when they don’t even have the screen completed then you get to the front they don’t confirm your order back and your leave with the wrong things had you not checked before driving off this new generation is just arrogant with no morals or any common sense

Dunkin’ Donut’s has been a mainstay in my life growing up on the east coast and it was so great to have a brand new Dunkin’ open on 23rd street. Everything is new and extremely clean. The staff is very nice, and the food is always excellent! Highly recommend for a coffee, bagel, donut, or even an ice cream thanks to the Baskin Robbins inside!!
