I thought I bought 2 large coffees instead I got one medium and one almost large. I understand they need room for the whipped cream but I didn’t think they needed have the cup.

Rough morning at Dunkin’ donuts, All I wanted was a coffee in a snack. Ordered the stuff bagel bites, At the drive-in window I could hear the employees making fun of my my order that that’s all I was gonna get. For a bonus I also got a long dark hair under the lid of my coffee. I guess this is the best we can expect from places like this these days.

Stop there this morning, asked a question about the menu, The lady at the speaker preferred to be rude in stead of helpful. I ordered two things and they only put one of them in the bag. My change was $15, Instead of a ten and a five the man at the drive up window made sure I had five singles so I could put a tip in the tip cup he placed put right in your face. Never seen a drive up window asking for tips. They should concentrate on getting the order correct and less on getting tips.

There is not great service here. The staff working the drive through have been a bit cold and rude on the last 2 visits that I made. On this visit the wait in the drive through line was incredibly long. The donuts are tasty, but the iced coffee was just okay.

This place sucks. Whenever they botch your order, they just shrug because they can’t refund your purchase through the app. They’ve told me to come talk to the manager (who apparently leaves at noon and rarely shows up anyway) TWICE this week about wrong orders. My order apparently didn’t go through whatever their trash system is, and somebody there told me the manager won’t allow them to make orders unless they have a ticket. I literally show them the order on my app, the time, the item, and the store. They keep blaming the manager. It’s a total joke, and I guarantee if I ever get to speak to the manager, they’ll be completely incompetent.

Came here for a coffee but decided to get a new food item as well, it was the potato grilled cheese. I pull up to the window and the girl apologized saying the oven isn’t working. She gave me a credit to use in the future for the inconvenience. I thought that was cool.

We have not gone to the dunkin on state for quite a few months because they kept messing up our orders. Well this morning it was the only place near by that was open so we figured we could give them another chance. they ignored the changes made to my sandwiches on the mobile app and only gave us one. So I called in and the only thing they were willing to do is make me come back out to fix it.. I am very unhappy

used to love this location. until yesterday when i had to wait 5 minutes at the speaker before even being greeted. there was one other car ahead of me so i’m not sure why it took so long. then my coffee was made wrong after they made me say it three times. it was a terrible cup of coffee i’ve never had it taste so bitter. and when i got to the window there were about 5 employees huddled around doing nothing and one making my drink and taking orders. do better

Love this Dunkin! I can at least get my snakin bacon in the afternoon 80% of the time. Majority of the Dunkins don’t make anymore once they sell out. Only complaint is donuts are hard to come by in the afternoon/early evening.
