Love my D and D. This is a nice location as it also has a Baskin Robbins’ if you want ice cream. My coffee and doughnuts seems very fresh. Lots of young people working here. The coffee should have had more sugar in it and I think they made a mistake even though it was labels as having sugar. So maybe taste your coffee before you leave the counter.

My kids said that they have the best grilled cheese I’ve ever tasted, we got them with ham. They also got a strawberry dragon fruit tea that is amazing along with their stuffed munchkin strawberry Donuts. Their prices are amazing, the staff is friendly and the food is just phenomenal

I asked for all glazed munchkin’s 10 count an they gave me assorted witch wouldn’t be so bad if they actually gave me 10 plus they only filled my coffee half way such a bummer if you go here watch out especially with the drive through they are so careless in how they handle the food an customer I know they say America runs on Dunkin’ but after this experience they need to change it to just “ America run away “. I am not coming back they lost me.

I only gave 3 stars because I order on the app and I get the cold brew/cold foam, which cost more & 8xs out of 10 I do not get the cold foam on my coffee. Unfortunately, at the drive thru you can’t ask them to fix it because they hand your your drink and just walk away.

I came to update my review. There is a sweet young lady named Sara(h) that has been serving me lately and her customer service, attention to detail, as well accuracy on my orders is phenomenal. Not only does she greet me happily and engages full eye contact each time with respect by name “Ms Nella” if I have to wait in line for a period time she would not even consider handing me a coffee with deflated cold foam, nor does she ever forget my cold foam I pay extra for. She apologizes for the wait & ask me if I mind waiting while she fixes my cold foam. This young lady is an Asset to this company and a pleasure to deal with each time.

!!!!!COUNT YOUR MUNCHKINS PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a variety of menu items, one of which included 50 munchkins which I had purchased for hospital workers taking care of my sick grandfather who is on the verge of hospice. When I opened the box when I arrived home it was nowhere near 50 visually so I counted three times because I was in disbelief and shock that I had only actually received 28!!!!! I paid for 50 and had only received a little more than half my order,I then proceeded to call the store to rectify the situation only to never have my call picked up, I called about 6 times, and as I mentioned earlier these aren’t for me and my family they are for healthcare workers, and the employee couldn’t inform that they didn’t have 50 and still proceeded to charge me is shady, I am very upset to have paid for something I didn’t fully receive and when I try to remedy the situation I was met with unprofessionalism, is this how you run your business Dunkin Donuts, by conning and ghosting? I do hope I hear from someone soon because this is unacceptable and I refuse to continue supporting your business and will inform others that they should do the same until I have met a resolution to this!!!

Pint ice cream case was empty. But they did have some in the back. The doughnut case was pretty much empty. Store was a mess, not clean. You could tell no one who was working, really care about working there. When I got home the ice cream had at some point been melted and refroze.

We came for night donut to this location. It was almost closing time and the girl that helped us was very nice and profesional but it seemed dangerous for her to be by herself at night. It looked like she was the only one working since she was taking care of the drive thru and the front register. When we walked out we noticed the second male employee outside by a car window just talking instead of working when it was clear that she could use the help. I just think DD should be more considerate of their employees.

Since we’ve been in Tucson we’ve been visiting this Dunkin for a few days, some days the service is stellar some it wasn’t. But despite some hiccups the manager has always come through to make it right. The coffee was good, the doughnuts were fresh and the coffee cake muffins were real moist and tasty.

Honestly, if you live closer to the east side and you want Dunkin donuts don’t ever go to the Dunkin’ donuts on 22nd. Half of the machines that they used to make coffee are always broken so they can only make half of the coffees on the menu, they’re always out of stock on donuts, and they either mess up any food order you make or tell you that the ovens don’t work. Every time I’ve gone there it’s been a horrible experience where I’m either missing items or having correct items. Also I find it rude and annoying how when the servers spill coffee all over the side of your cup they just handed to you with a lot of napkins at the bottom expecting you to grab the cup covered in coffee. If you’re feeling Dunkin’ donuts it’s worth the drive to any of the other ones

Clean, quick, delicious, friendly staff. Got a sausage egg cheese bagel breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. Hashbrown serving small but really tasty, has actually seasoning. Would definitely get again.
