My 10-year-old son and I regularly start our Saturday errands here, and the people are always friendly and helpful. The coffee is awesome, and the environment is relaxing. And I’m told by my son the donuts are really really good!

Great prices & very clean! The workers are always working hard. I seen a lady freak out over coffee & I’m just here being thankful employees even show up these days. No one wants COVID. These bad comments are sad and some didn’t even make sense. It’s like y’all want people to show up right… Stop being so crude it’s just coffee and donuts geez. I like my donut shops around thank you very much

Manager is very nice and young man working from desk is very nice as well. Trixie working drive through is very rude. I tried to explain to her that I understand how she could of just asked me is there anything else I can help you with she automatically became defensive and didn’t want my advice. I didn’t raise my voice or anything and she just didn’t want to listen and just became more rude. If it wasn’t for the manager and young man I would have given this a one star rating.

They are absolutely amazing. They messed up on my drink and while i was in the drive thru they made the other righy ans let us keep the other drink. They were so sweet and we would love to come back.

Where do I start…
I was headed up to Mt. Lemmon and decided to stop by. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I usually get a large iced coffee but have been drinking tea as of lately and needed a little help. The staff was very helpful in telling me all the different flavors and ways that I could choose from. I appreciate their kindness as well them going above and beyond to make my visit a good one. If I’m ever in this area I’ll make sure to stop by and make a purchase

2 years ago we visited this location and I left the review below. We were back in town and went again this morning. Absolutely worst Dunkin experience I have ever had. Customer service was awful. The girl who took my order was obviously new and struggling with our order. She was kind and trying very hard. That was not the problem, the problem was, no one helped her. Management was more worried about their times and getting in trouble (which she clearly said to all the employees) leadership is seriously lacking and it’s a stressful environment behind the counter. Reading other reviews it sounds like this is a normal occurrence. Bad customer service. Definitely won’t be going back.
Staff was friendly, facility was clean and coffee was wonderful!!! We are from out of town and dearly miss dunkin donuts! They definitely hit the spot!

We ordered 2 dozen donuts. They handed us the donuts with a bag on top. My husband has a disability with his hand. The employeed could see this and still handed all the order to him. At once instead of one thing at a time. Our bagel had no cream cheese on it. The coffee tasted brunt. The apple fritters were disgusting. This is the worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never will come to this location again.

Went on a Sunday morning at about 1030, person at drive through sounded annoyed that I wanted a full dozen donuts, isn’t that something they do on a regular basis? Then when I get up to the window, the lady looks at me and says ‘how can I help you?’ and it turns out my order was never actually put into their system, as she kept yelling to the back of the kitchen. Had to repeat my order 4 more times at increasing volume before she got it and then she kept trying to add on a small coffee that was never part of the order. Felt like it was run by the muppets, so much chaos. Not going back.

Definitely wasnt worth the price…

I Love the staff here, especially Christina. Was a little unhappy w a wrong order & She took care of it quickly! The vanilla Macchiato w no ice was Perfect, Thank you So much! A True Professional Employee!
