Horrendous service. 1 poor employee was running the register and making the food/drinks while 3 others just stood there with a big line. The macchiato was awful as well and they didn’t even fill it to the top. Awful all around.

This location opened late, was short staffed, and did not offer food at 5:42am due to a “printer malfunction”. While on the phone with my husband I was explaining why they didnt offer breakfast. Simply put– laziness. Nothing was prepared. Which is fine lol I wasn’t even mad. I was just explaining that the line was really long to wait for no food– especially if you have sugar issues like I do. Yet again not to the staff.
Melissa decided it was appropriate to mentioned 2 or 3 times that “if I didnt like it I could have just gotten out of line.”
I wouldn’t recommend this location, and would instead recommend that a different fast food option be it’s replacement.

Associates were not present for more than 20 minutes. Our sandwiches were ice cold. Asked them to fix it. Then they gave us new ones and burnt them till the were inedible. Terrible place I recommend firing both employees that worked on 3/19/20. They both left their store again after us to go talk and hang out.

Waited for over an hour in line at 5am and never got food due to having to make flight.
You can’t figure out if you are the only place open there will be people in line. Have more the 2 on shift, accordingly the ladies working must have thought they were on vacation. I witnessed one guy wait 10 min for cup of coffee because she was standing around waiting on a different order.
