What can I say? It’s donuts I did read a few bad reviews but thought I’d give them a try since they are fairly new to the area. Good customer service and drive thru wasn’t too long. The donut presentation wasn’t the best but it still tasted like it should. I’d give it 2 thumbs up.

My first time in a Dunkin’Donuts. I only ordered dark roast coffee which I found ok, but unremarkable. The donuts looked delicious but I didn’t try any. The menu screens up on the wall were half blank so it wasn’t clear what else they had besides a few items but they appear to offer multiple coffee drinks and edibles. Staff was attentive and they unlocked the restroom for me. So on just a cup of coffee to coffee comparison, I’d pick Starbucks. But to be fair, more investigation is needed.

I have been going to DD since I was a kid, so I was very happy to see them come back into our area last year. But I have also noticed that the quality of the food has gone down drastically during my last few visits. The breakfast sandwiches were cold and flavorless and the coffee, once some of best out there, has become average at best. I will not be going back.

Owners need to treat employees better and you won’t have to work the drive through window but…. The actual staff are amazing. Always make my coconut coffee perfect and my hash browns crispy. <3

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Lazy window workers the snacking bacon was burnt and no flavor no pepper or brown sugar. Coffee was good and bagel bits but do better please I hate to have tondrive across town just to have a good experience

I went after work so the donut selection was minimal. I bought two different drinks to sample. The signature latte and the iced machata latte. I thought they were better than Starbucks. I also tried the berry donut holes. Perfect way to end the day.

Never been to Dunkin’ before, so I wanted to see what the hype was about. Went through drive-through, and got “menu panic,” so I started by saying it was my first time, and asking about the coffee drinks, which I’ve heard a lot about. I noticed there wasn’t a lot about donuts on the menu, and ordered a 10-pc. Variety of their donut holes. The coffee was good too. They have “blueberry” flavoring for their coffee, which a lot of places don’t, so, had to try. The coffee was basic, but good. The donut holes were good. The prices were VERY reasonable. The girl at the window, and on speaker, was PPP. Patient, polite, and pleasant.
If I lived closer to this location, I’d go more often. However, I’m in Rancho Cordova, where there are NO Dunkin’ Donuts (take the hint, build one out here!), so, I’ll have to satisfy my Dunkin’ cravings by stopping by here whenever I’m in the neighborhood.
So, successful first visit, will tell everyone about this visit, and thank you, polite and patient server!

Donuts are dry. Not sure what they do to ruin their donuts, but they’ve mastered it at every location. Staff were friendly. Coffee was OK. Donuts, well, not good at all…

I used to hear good things about dunkin donuts, but now that I have one nearby I thought I give it a try to see what’s all this hypes is about and i wasn’t surprise about the donuts. I bought a dozen customs donuts and was disappointed due the the fact that the donuts was not fresh at all. The chocolate stuffing is more like just chocolate whip cream ..nasty.. Donuts taste like it was left overs from day before and not worth my money. 2 stars only for the drinks because I do sort of like my frzn coffee and the strawberry refresher. Might not return for the donuts but maybe the drinks. I rather run to the actual donut store for bigger donuts for the same price and fresh daily taste for the satisfaction.

I applied at this shop after receiving horrible customer service, they hired me and 2 days before I started as a manager they told me I was no longer hired. I spent the last of my money paying for the things I would need .just to get told you’re not hired anymore.. I was at a loss for words. Please corporate should look into there hiring process. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never shop here again nor recommend it.
