Delicious fresh baked donuts and fritters. The donuts were still warm!!! Uglies aka apple fritters were the star so stuffed with apple and cinnamon not too sweet. Heavenly will definitely be back. 1 dozen donuts $10. Uglies are separate $2.75

I’ve been eating Donut Shoppe donuts since I was 4yrs old (I’m 36 now) and they donuts have always been amazing. I’ve moved out of Jacksonville and made a point to visit this weekend while in town. The donuts were still amazing but the customer service even better. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and helpful! A dozen donuts were only $10. Great price. Happy that they’re still in business and making the world better with donuts.
They are cash only, but have an ATM inside if you forget and don’t have cash.

Absolutely delicious. These donuts can never make it home, we always eat them in a car because they’re so warm fluffy and perfect. In addition to that they are only like a dollar which is insane because if you go downtown you’ll pay five dollars for a doughnut that’s worse. This place is a mom and pop shop where the donuts are you just have to make sure to come there early because they are done making donuts after 9:30 AM. Also cash only. They have an atm. The blueberry donut is my favorite!

This donut shop is one of my favorite places to visit in Jacksonville. Get there early if you want a bigger selection. And, don’t be fooled by the “uglies” name – they are delicious!

I went here on Friday for National Donut Day. I arrived at 9 and almost all the donuts were gone. (They we’re making a lot more but 45 min wait). I bought a cinnamon cake donut and a chocolate cake donut. Delicious. Frosting, texture and flavor were great. Would go back again. Taste better than Dunkin in my opinion. (Get there early!!)

This place had the amazing donuts warning. They only take cash. The stop was so friendly. I even had one of the front desk guys offer to lend me some cash. You have to get an apple fritter It’s amazing!. This place is a must if you were in Jacksonville.

If there is a place on earth with better donuts I haven’t found it. Tried NYC, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, bunch in West Florida, Italy, and so many more places. This is the best donut! If you think Dunkin’ is the best you don’t even know what a donut is. Duck Donuts doesn’t even come close to this. It’s more than toppings, it’s just a really good glazed donut.

Cash only and great donuts on a consistent basis. Opens early. There is not much else besides donuts. Canned drinks. Coffee with creme or sugar. Self serve. The donuts are maybe 8 different varieties of classics. No specialty donuts. You get the glazed, chocolate, filled, and a few others. It’s great. You can see them making them in the background. Great staff and great donuts. They took my order the day before so I could get exactly what I wanted and had it ready for me. They were still warm. Really liked the cinnamon sugar cake donuts.
