I came there with my pre K son before school at 8:02 am and waited in line until my turn at 8:04am. I was in front of the line but kept being ignored event thought there were 4-5 people working there at the time. I thought they were all being busy so I waited patiently for another 3 minutes hoping they would serve me next but instead they serve the gentleman who were behind me.
No one even recognize my present despite the fact that I was right in front of them asking for the donut the whole time so after the incident, I begged louder for their help. They acted like they didn’t know I was there waiting but finally get my son a donut ( thanks God). My little one ended up being late for school just because of their “wonderful” customer service.
Would definitely buy somewhere else.

The donuts were good but I was double and over charged and didn’t realize it until after they closed. The girl helping me had an attitude about a miscommunication so I can’t help but suspect it was on purpose. I paid $15 for a kolache, 3 donuts, and 3 mini donuts….

Friendly and clean service. Croissant sandwiches are good and a huge variety of donuts, all good. These are good prices for great food. Highly recommend.

Been coming to the Donut Palace for about 20+ years now. Have NEVER had a problem with anything! There is a lot of variety of donuts to choose from as well as kolaches and breakfast sandwiches. The Texas sized donuts are delicious too not just big!
