I was really disappointed that the traditional Black Forest was totally ruined my boyfriend’s birthday. I ordered a round cake the day before and picked up on 2/19. We cut the cake right after picking it up with less than 10 minutes drive. The cake was totally dry out just like it had been sitting in the freezer for a week. I was so sure to share this amazing dessert spot with my friends but turned out I wasn’t able to. No one in the party could even finish a piece of cake without water/drink.

Sorry everyone, but this is a neighborhood favorite! My daughter and I love our visits here for sugary treats and sometimes a well prepared sandwich or delightful coffee! Parking can be challenging, so I suggest parking at the CVS behind the bakery or at the park, 2 blocks away. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world

Delicious pastries and special occasion cakes I recommend their Napoleons, which come in form of pastries (raspberry and creme brulee) and cakes. The coffee is also great here!
Take a walk in main street Bellevue, stop by this cafe and let it take you to Paris!

Delicious food, pretty darn good coffee and wonderful staff! They gave us a tour of the shop and told us it’s history since it was our first visit. Our food was made quickly and I thought the prices were pretty good, especially for downtown Bellevue. The ambiance was so cute and welcoming. We will be coming back for their offered picnic basket and formal tasting of their pastries!

Nice ambience, polite staff, clean washroom. They have water too in the bakery, not so common in another bakeries. Loved the black forest.

How can a French bakery mess up a baguette this bad?
Had a pretty decent croissant last time so I went back to try their baguette, and it disappointed me so much. Way underbaked, and the dough was still basically solid. I threw it out.
Safeway’s baguettes are better lol.

The pastries here are good, but customer service really depends on who helps you. When I went, a guy took my order at the counter. It was my first visit so I wasn’t familiar with the items. One of the pastries had a name that didn’t indicate its flavor (“opera,” maybe?) and I asked him what flavor it is. He said he didn’t know and then blank-stared me in awkward silence while waiting for me to continue my order. He didn’t bother offering to find the answer to my question. I finally had to ASK him if he could find out. He did and I moved on with my order. It was a weird interaction. Limited customer service awareness.

This place has some amazing Pastries. We tried the Napoleon, raspberry napoleon, tiramisu, and the chocolate mousse cake, and all were incredible even after sitting in the fridge for several hours. Service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend

I used to love this place but stuff has changed and the service became very bad. They closed 1 hour early 6 pm instead of 7pm. When we were ordering they did not tell us that they will close soon instead they let us order and then after five minutes they kicked us out with our food and drinks. We didn’t know what we had to do. Also it used to be very clean but not anymore. I asked for water they didn’t give me water they told me to go buy a bottle of water very rude stuff. Never ever I have seen such bad service. I visit this place very often at least twice a month if not weekly but after today’s service I’m not coming back anymore!
2 stars only because It used be a very good, clean place with friendly stuff.
Respond: No, your hours of operations has just been updated. It was saying 7pm before in google. And also the problem is that while ordering, nobody told us that you’re closing in 10
mins to let us make a decision whether we still wanted to continue ordering or just leave. It was very inconvenient to be forced to leave after five minutes when we received our orders

If you want dessert in Bellevue this is the place to go! There are many pastry options. We tried different ones and all were really delicious. The staff was nice and the place was very clean. They have water with lemon on the side so you can drink with your food. The prices are ok and I would recommend to visit the place!! It’s difficult to find parking here
