I’m so disappointed in Amy’s as of late. When they first opened they were awesome…but things have slowly gone down hill.
The last three times we’ve gone in, this is what we’ve gotten. Quality control is needed. I understand the world is recovering from the last two years, and I also understand lack of staff.
But as mentioned many times in reviews, these donuts are pricey and you should get what you pay for. More attention to detail, and maybe more oversight by management would give customers a better overall experience.

Our 1st time there.. talk about visual overload clean as clean could be and the available variety was PHENOMENAL. Staff incredibly friendly. Added bonus you get to choose what you would like them to fill your donuts with….buttercreme, Boston creme, strawberry….the list goes on. Definitely recommend everyone stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

Donuts were good.
We ordered a pistachio donut, butterfinger, and apple pie. I really enjoyed the pistachio. The butterfinger was decent but could have been better with more butterfinger flavor. My wife didn’t care for the apple pie.
If I lived in the area, I’d try a lot of the others. Not bad at all

This place is adorable and delicious!!! There are so many options of donuts, it’s kinda overwhelming but I loved looking at all of the colorful options. Their vanilla coconut is delicious and I’m excited to try my other picks with my coffee today. The inside is painted with cute pictures and there is a small “free library” in the corner. The staff was friendly and the donuts were soft and tasty. If you are craving donuts, please check this place out!!!

I liked the donuts. They looked better than they tasted though. They were still good. It just felt they were missing something. Service was good and they were pretty affordable too. My favorite was the rocky road! I would highly recommend checking them out.

Stopped by Amy’s this morning (8:30) after watching the hot air balloons. As always, I was not disappointed. Amy’s always has my favorite, chocolate old fashioned. Had to pick upnthe green chili and bacon, YUM! Red velvet for my son. Staff is always friendly. I appreciate that they will fill pretty much any donut with whatever you like. Today picked up powered sugar rounds, 1 with raspberry and 1 with lemon. Lemon zest is a good one too

The donuts are always good and taste fresh and the service is friendly. However, the coffee doesn’t have much flavor and the shop is very dirty. The floors, every table and chair, the coffee station, and even the walls really need to be cleaned. This donut shop is so cute and fun. I hope they are able to care for it properly. I would be sad to see this place go.
