The donuts used to be good back in the days but now they don’t taste fresh anymore. Last time I ate was 4 years ago and that was that. Now I’m cutting back on sugar and watching my ️ blood.

I went in the morning and was genuinely disappointed with the customer service. The lady who was mopping kept telling me to step aside. The iced coffee was not what i asked for and when i asked for a straw it was harshly put on the counter with attitude, as if im supposed to magically have my own straw ♀️. The bagel was also burnt. I could continue listing cons but ultimately it was the lack of good customer service.
I will not be returning to this location

Asked for a ranchero on a sesame bagel & received cream cheese on a bagel. Went back had to wait & they still charged me the difference.

I love their lunch deals. It’s 7.99 for a fresh made bagel or croissant sandwich, chips and a drink. I tend to switch the chips for a donut and they’re always fresh.
I like all their bagel sandwiches and try to support them when I’m in the area because I don’t want them to close.

Was very much in the mood for a bagel and this was down the street. I thought I was “settling” for what was convenient. I was very wrong. I had a garlic bagel with cream cheese (not much selection) but at first bite it was excellent! Crispy and fluffy with just the right amount of cream cheese (not too much like many places).
