*DONT EAT HERE* I FOUND A HAIR ON MY DONUT. I asked for a replement he makes a joke that hair makes the donut is better with hair. I don’t laugh then he gives the same donut as a replacement. So instead of throwing away this day old hair covered donut he gives to me again. If you look at the floor and the general dirty condition of the location that should turn you away.

The customer service here was really great but the donuts themselves … I was a little disappointed. They were really good, but all of the twists, and anything with a maple or chocolate topping on it had a very very thin layer on it as opposed to the usual amount. You could see the bread through the layer of chocolate as opposed to a solid layer of chocolate on the donut. (I hope that makes sense.) No hate – just wanted this to be feedback!! They’re still delicious but… they weren’t quite the Winchells I’m used to! I’d still go back – perhaps it was just an “off” batch!

Stopped to get gas and saw this place right across the street and had to go try a donut! I’m in Love!! The whole store smelled amazing and fresh I loved the welcoming vibe and the guy who was running the place was so nice definitely will be coming back !!

Well it rained today so the young teenager that was helping me with my order keep putting his hands in his hair even with the gloves on I made him go change his gloves I would have left but I really really wanted some donuts and he totally understood and did so without an attitude. The donuts were great soft and tasty

Found a nice long hair in my bag of 4 doughnuts. Guy was nice. Got 3 glazed and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is outstanding. Very fresh, moist, flavorful doughnuts.

They’re always so nice here! One time I went in there a funny charismatic kid working the counter it was charming. I also DoorDash sometimes and they make pick up easy even gave me a free doughnut

Do not eat here!!! Store is disgusting its dirty and smells weird. Nastiest donut shop ever. I walked in and within seconds walked back out as the store is SUPER dirty. That tells me everything I need to know. #HealthDepartment #Disgusting

Not good. Do not go here if you want decent donuts or good experience.
We went at 8AM or so and the donuts are definitely not from today maybe not even from yesterday. They’re hard, the inside was so dry and the frosting is cracking. We also got a burrito, I know terrible idea at a donut place, but it was literally all potato w nothing else and didn’t taste good. Definitely regret getting a dozen donuts.
Product aside, the girl working there makes you repeat every donut like three times because she’s not paying attention and we were the only ones in the place.
