  1. Is this a joke or written by AI? “Lemons and limes are among the most alkaline containing citric acid”? Acids are by definition the opposite of alkaline! Half the food this page says are alkaline are actually acidic. Citrus, mangoes, pineapple, grapes, these are all acidic!

    Lime the chemical (calcium oxide) is alkaline but you definitely should not eat it!
