Been a customer at this location for almost 2 decades,but the quality has gotten worse over time,the food taste bland and quality has suffered a lot I ordered a tray of 25 meat pasties but come to find out there is little to No! meat in the pastries just baked flour,my Croqueta Preparada Sandwich tasted horrible,I hate to say it but after almost 20yrs,I will not longer be a customer at this location.After being let down countless times.Hope this review helps anyone inquiring whether to eat here or not.YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

sales person failed to place all pastries in their boxes.
when I got home and opened the boxes, there were lacking half the order.
check your boxes before leaving the bakery. I paid $25 for probably $12 worth of pastries. what a scam.

This is one of my spots for breakfast. I do croissant with ham and cheese (nice and warm). With some type of pastry and my cafe con leche (coffee and milk). Nice staff.

It was horrible. The spinach empanada was placed on a paper bag, but it got all soggy. The medianoche was warned I dint know how but was also soggy. They didnt even ask if I wanted it warmed. I wish they had warmed it in a hot press

Today, I went to the store in Miami Lakes. I ordered and repeated more than twice my order. The receipt was correct, but not my order. I was missing an item and the sandwich was not what I asked for. The empanadas were wrong too. Why can’t they look at the receipt and give you the right order? I’m not going back, and the Miami Lakes store was my favorite.

My favorite all time bakery in Miami Lakes/Hialeah area. I visit the bakery often and every time, I have visited and pay with Credit Card the person charging me asked me, if I wanted to leave a tip. It is a bit embarrassing and feels forced when, I am asked this in front of a packed bakery. If, I don’t tip, I will look cheap in front of 20 other people! It has become a habit to do this now and it wasn’t asked publicly beforehand of customers in the past. I can’t be tipping everytime, I go in to purchase a coffee and pastelitos. This seems to be a problem everywhere, I go!

Web site says it close at 4:00 pm on Sunday, but al 3:18 they are close already, with a handwritten note that says Close at 3:00 pm? Really? With everyone inside. I know is Sunday but a serious business doesn’t work like that.
