The food and drinks here are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it and it is the perfect fusion of Filipino and American. The decor is very stylish and cute. They have a good variety of drinks that are modern but still stick to their Filipino roots.

This gem is so peaceful and has so many items to choose from. The ube options are all delicious. My favorite iced latte is the Ooh Bae latte iced with the ube whipped cream . Tried their chicken lumpias. Shrimp and pork shumais with ube doughnuts. Beef tapa bowl was so flavorful really enjoyed every bite. Our new favorite cafe to visit. Owner’s daughter was so nice to us on our last visit she made us feel welcomed.

I wanted to try a new place in Bakersfield. We decided to try the drink, lumpias, and the pastries! We got the ferrero Ube donut, Ube mochi muffin, calamansi square, and guava cookie. We all liked the ferrero donut but loved the calamansi square which tasted like a cream cheese lemon bar. I also got the iced oooh bae latte (Ube flavor). I thought it was delicious They also enjoyed the Dynamite Lumpia’s.
Also we got a free cup after we won a gift card, will be returning, worth a try!

Me and my fiancé ordered from here, which was amazing for our first time here! I got the pork tocino with a pineapple papaya green tea. He got the pork longanisa with a lavender calamansi pukingan tea. Both teas were very refreshing and customer service was very friendly. Recommend this place for sure!

Enjoyed lunch here today with chicken adobo and ube pan de sal with cheese filling. The hot kiwi gumamela tea was delightful. I ordered more food to go and was given a treat for waiting 🙂 Service was very friendly 🙂 I’d come here again.

I’m from out of state and home for not so fun reasons. I’ve been craving the comfort of Filipino food and my brother recommended this place. What can I say except “tara na!” (Let’s goooo!)

First the coffee – excuse me, but UBE LATTE?!?!?!? Probably the best thing I’ve tasted in a LOOONNGGG time.

They’ve put a modern twist on your favorite childhood desserts, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. But they were all a hit from the Ube donut, Ube cupcake (which was almost mochi like in texture, but still fluffy? It’s food voodoo…foodoo. The bibingka was clutch and the unexpected star? Biko Milo Brownies. Y’all that combination is like a German chocolate cake Filipino version.

Anyway, was really depressed but then was able to properly eat my feelings ❤️

Filipino cafe! Very casual, laid back coffee shop with Filipino specialties like ube flavored drinks and pastries. We had the Caramel Moringa Romance with coconut milk, the Calamansi Berry Refresher, Ube Marble Bread, and Black Kutsinta rice cakes. Get the Moringa with coconut milk for sure, it’s light like Japanese matcha with the right sweetness coming from the caramel and coconut. Calamansi Berry has fresh fruits and mint for light sweetness. Ube marble cake is like bread pudding, but the black Kutsinta was delightedly sweet and chewy. Vegetarian pastries and drinks, vegan milk options for drinks.

Pretty Good ~ The food isn’t overly complex and is fresh- tea was a little weak and $25.00 breakfast is a tough swallow. (if you get a meal)

The Barako coffee was great considering I didn’t have to drown the coffee with cream and sugar like I always do. Definitely will go back to try the food and pastries.

Very clean atmosphere. The staff very friendly. They offered sweets from the Philippines, I bought the chocolate nips and coconut sugar. Will come back again.
