Love this place honestly, but directions need to be followed concerning orders. I was very explicit on how I wanted my sandwiches to be done and I’m actually disappointed. The cook for Sunday needs to pay attention to the ticket. Im giving a 2 star because all sandwiches were made incorrectly.

I love this place but the last 2 times didn’t do it for me…I ordered French Toast with Turkey bacon and eggs and the French toast was soggy as hell the bacon wasn’t crispy at all… whoever is cooking needs to take classes immediately

Call my order in for a pick up was telling they guy who picked up the phone my order he abruptly stops me and says name first so I gave him my name “KYM” get to the bagel shop it’s packed I step to the side to pick up my order (which I called in 15 minutes ago) lady at the register says it’s not ready yet by this time the shop is getting empty I see one bag left on the counter another lady comes from the back and said to the cashier what is she waiting for she told her and she said that’s her bag there it says “KAY” with my phone number on the bag now I’m here for 15 more minutes for a call in order of course the sandwich is “ COLD” and the eggs had shells cooked into them smh What a experience this morning time and money wasted!!!!

One thing I’ve noticed they are polite when serving which shows,good hospitality. Moving very quickly to get your order ready,ive taken food maybe several times and they’re service has not change cashiers are friendly. I believe the kitchen staff maybe but the one thing I’ve seen and im in food service myself they move in that kitchen like the road runner and I can tell they enjoy what they do.

I have mixed experiences with this place. The food is fresh and tastes good ….when they make it right !!! They are also very clean and respectful from the moment you walk in. Just about every single time I have order they always always always mess up my order (except when the owner took my order). I usually order 4 different meals for my family. Do not order over the phone the girl who has been answering lately is an airhead I must have told her my order 5 times I even had her repeat it to me. When we picked it up it was still wrong. Now it’s not very difficult. Scrambled eggs with cheese, corn beef hash on the side instead of fries, Turkey bacon instead of regular bacon, ect… instead we plain scrambled eggs (sometimes with shells), still get fries instead corn beef hash (I don’t even get it on the side) and so forth… i could understand if it over complicated requests but it’s not. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!

Very disappointed, I asked for a BLT on a roll and got a lettuce sandwich with no tomatoes and 2 pieces of bacon.
