I’ve been here twice, and both times the lady at the window didn’t take off her gloves when my processing payment. So everything was potentially contaminated and my card and bags were covered in grease from her gloves that got all over me. And I didn’t get chips. Hard pass.

Customer Service was excellent. I obtained a box of one doze. Doughnuts. Three Boston cream filled and three chocolate cream filled and they were delicious, yum ohh. I was disappointed in the 6 glaze I purchased this morning. They tasted old and a little hard.

This place allows employees to bring their toddlers in the area they cook and prepare food, I am concerned, this is very dangerous. I frequent this location a few times a month my grandmother loves their donuts and sandwiches so I’ve always been polite and respectful to every employee. I see them regularly unfortunately last week I ordered my usual, bacon cheese croissant extra crispy bacon but was given egg and politely asked for a sandwich without egg and the young lady seemed annoyed even after I told her my grandmother is allergic. She didn’t take the sandwich back when handed to her and closed the window. When she came back with the sandwich the young lady says she needs the other sandwich. Gave it to her with no problem. As I checked the other sandwich I see the bacon is not fully cooked so I sit for a minute trying to get someone’s attention eventually beeping the horn no one comes to the window. I look again to see the women holding a little girl about 1 or 2 years of age in the area they prepare food. I beep the horn again a few seconds later the woman comes to the window aggressively as I tell her the bacon wasn’t crispy like the other sandwich she slams the window in my face and is cussing so loud I could hear her through the window. A minute later another employee hands me a side of fully cooked bacon at this time I’m calling corporate and waiting on hold very upset and astonished at what just transpired I pull off. Once i finally got in contact with someone I told them everything and requested to be contacted immediately. It has been a week and no call. This is unprofessionalism at its finest and extremely dangerous for a child to be in that environment.

I go there every day & a sure it’s in the ghetto so who do you expect to work there? There coffee is always fresh & everything else is too. I go to Tim Hortons all over the city & this one is the most consistent. I forgot my wallet one morning & they trusted me to come in the next day & pay. The same girls have worked there for years. Plus anytime I go through with my dog they give him a tim-bit. So take that Doglover.

Not able to go inside to see their selection. Sometimes going through the drive-thru limits what you can see what they have available. No jelly filled and no sour cream doughnuts for my better half felt like a letdown.

I love coming here, I work right across the street, I stop almost every morning for an ice coffee, you guys always seem to impress. My appreciation to the ladies I happen to see oh so very often at the window. I normally always get a M ice coffee but ask for them to surprise me with the flavor. They hit it spot on every time, again much appreciation.

Everytime i go there they find sucks and they always are rude to customers and never get orders right. Then want to argue with customers when im looking at the receipt. Will never come back and it’s burnt

we were trying to order a latte and ice cappuccinos but the machines for it were down at the drive thru. but as we were driving out, we saw the worker smoking at the door and laughing, likee why are yall not doing your jobsss?☠️
