Worst ever service me and my husband been there last night we ask for latte mocha he said they do t have and then ask for regular latte he said don’t have that too after all the sandwich he gave us is I attached those pic you can see how horrible it looks like. We was wait here about 30 minutes to change that but he refused to exchange or refund. At the meantime he took the sandwich I show him and put that in garbage end up with no food. Morning we go and meet there manager trust me that store need good management never met a manager like that so lazy guy customers waiting for long they are chatting at the back without taking any customers.I order another sandwich he gave me without toast and see how it’s look like definitely no one like to eat like that not even sliced them.i attached that pic as well please guy go for different store this is not good one for you.

Always fast service. Always accurately filled order. Good coffee and bagel / biscuit sandwiches. For some reason they put 2 egg patties on the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel which gets messy to eat as one of the egg patties slide out of the sandwich with every bite. Consider ordering with one egg. Otherwise, a great breakfast stop. Also, the only place I know of that offers 1/2 or 1/4 doses of cream which is a great convenience. For the other fast food breakfast stops, I end up ordering a cream packet and the have to pull away from the drive-through to add half a cream packet and dispose of the remainder.

Service at this store has just been progressively getting worse over the last 12 months of my going there. The biggest thing I notice is the high level of employee rotation because every week there are new employees working the store and are very slow. This indicates to me poor management and training of the employees as there are other stores in the area that are much faster, more polite and more on the ball than this particular store. I will go out of my way to go to the Tims on Niagara Street to avoid this one.

The incident I ran into today: I placed a mobile pick-up order maybe 5 minutes before I made it to the store and paid through the app. When I got there I showed the order number and the employee had the receipt with the order. I didn’t expect it to be ready because of how fast I got there after placing the order on the app. The employee didn’t think this and told me that the order was already picked up, which I said that was impossible because I JUST placed the order. There was a lot of back and forth between him and the person cooking in the back, which resulted in a customer back-up at the front register and slower service and another employee becoming frustrated and having to take the front register when she was supposed to be on the drive-though.

I work in food service and I know what teamwork looks like. I have come across this same thing and can empathize with the employees, but my gripe with this store is management replacing employees left right and center rather than building the teamwork among existing employees and making the store more efficient and a more comfortable place for the employees to work in, which would/could lower the rate at which employees come and go.

I love Tim’s a lot and rather get my morning iced coffee from Tim’s than anywhere else. But the service here is SEVERELY lacking. I totally get that there’s a morning rush — but I purposely put in my order via mobile order (0815am three days in a row) so that it’ll be there and ready for me to go when I arrive. I remained waiting for my drink for over a half hour although I preordered. People who arrived 5, 10, 15 minutes after me were receiving their orders. Although mentioning it to staff, they seemed to be overwhelmed and unorganized. I didn’t get my order until almost 0850am after waiting there for 20 minutes and placing the order over a half hour prior. There needs to be either more people trained & hired for this location (especially being so close to downtown).

Ordered through the app like I usually do. I get screamed at for my order number, woman at the window muttering under her breath how she’s sick of mobile orders and seemed surprised I didn’t just drive off when they didn’t give me my entire order yet. So rude and disrespectful. The prime example of what terrible customer service looks like. Plenty of other coffee options in the area. Stay far away from this location.

Had to try Tim Horton’s in WNY, since we’d never seen one in CA. We had a couple of breakfast sandwiches and donuts, so we may not exactly be experts, but for out of towner’s– as far as mass-produced vs. mom and pop donuts– the donuts taste better here than Dunkin.

They were a bit confused on handling mobile orders but I managed to get served okay.

Gets busy on a Sunday morning, no AC. Just take out or drive Thru . Coffee is decent , chocolate donut was great. Boston cream is better than the glaze . The donuts were fresh but the glaze was a bit doughy.

Only good thing was the wait time. The cappuccino was nothing but water the employees were rude and very unhappy. Had the drive thru filled with beggers pestering you before and after the order screen. Just a bad experience altogether
